1. Solar not working. No hot water available. 2. Taps are not working properly inside the wash room. 3. No intercom available to contact reception. No calling bell also. 4. Needs more maintenance.

Good ambience and good service. Very kind take care from Klinton house keep manager. Arranged all things on time.

Mettur is a small town and this is the only decent residential hotel in the town. Stayed for a night. Bed linen, Towel was clean and tidy. But Toiletries were not provided. The blanket was also not there in the room.Main drawback is the absence of a restaurant where at least breakfast can be taken in the morning.

Housekeeping manager was very good and his staff also hasina &miku all the services are very nice

Hotel good for budget.. but there is no hot water and breakfast wifi.. jus u can stay for avoid night travel.. service was good if u ask they will provide hot water .. for 24hrs they charge 1900 for dulex room and 1700 for single bed room

We stopped here on a trip to Ooty. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants and is easy to reach. The room had no hot water but the staff quickly brought it up to the room. Other than the hot water there were no issues, the room was very clean and tidy.
