Hotel Welcome Inn

The hotel owner was too rude. We booked 7 rooms. At the time of booking we intimated there will be plus or minus 2 hours will be there for checkout. According you advise the amount and we paid the advance. Post checkout he charged for 2nd day in full. All other hotels in mettupalayam are flexible on checkin and checkout. Even out of 7 rooms, 4 rooms checkin was done 10hours late. That was not considered. Concern is at the time of booking we conveyed our timings. They accepted. But at the time of checkout the verbiage was different. The given words should not be changed in business. Too much upset on the incident.

Worst customer service. Very bad food. Hall is very small. Not clean. Few Fan doesn't work . Money minded. Don't waste your money.

The room is not so good and they charged 1000/night for a room worth of rs 500 only. I will not recommend anyone to this inn in my clear conscious

Hmm,just a poor quality lodge. no parking,no hot water,no blankets,soap provided:(

Never go to this hotel,worst facilities, the hotel feels soo haunted.
