Good Rooms.. Clean.. Family can stay.. Hot water available.. Good hospitality.. It's nearby to the main road of mettupalayam.. Near from bus stand and Railway station.. Restaurants too available at walkable distance

It's good. Nice on location. Huge spacious room aprx 17 * 25 ft with attached bathroom. There is no in house kitchen but service boys are so fast. Bathrooms have no geyser & exhaust fan but they arrange hot water. Overall good.

On the way to Ooty ,to catch morning toy train, we two friends stayed here for one night at Deluxe non ac room from 6-7 January 2020||For the amount we spent we are 100 percent satisfied with the service!!! ||Neat washroom , room service.neat bed..more than enough for Rs896/-||They arrange hot water before 6 am ((normal hot water time is between 7:30 to 9)||As name mentioned "international" never expect international standards for this very pocket friendly tariff. ||Surely I recommend this hotel for one day stay at a sleepy town like Mettupalayam

The room was okay... Pros: 1.the hotel is easily approachable 2.you have all the accessories and grocery shops near by 3.You have annapoorna nearby. 4.you have elevator. 5.international hotel. Newly built 6.nice spacious room. 7.u have bus stand near by. Cons: 1.while booking gave them like 2000bucks...the staff was rude and asked me to get change by myself...it was them who need to do all those things for a customer 2.T.v was not working properly 3.bathroom was not cleaned properly 4. mosquitoe bites Overall not worth for 790 bucks...

Not a great place to stay in Mettupalayam as a family. Good for a day stay for bachelors. You can sense the cigarette smell everywhere and bootlegs here and there. Not clean rooms and very below average room service. But the cost is in line with other hotels. Situated near the main road. Except this no other special thing about this hotel.

Worst experience! They will treat the "online bookers" like alien. They will typically say to online Bookers, 1) no early check-in will be provided for online booking 2) no usual compliments will be provided for online booking. They will teach you a lesson to charge some amount. Their check-in time is 1pm to 1pm. We reached early about 7am in the morning. In they said if room available we will provide early check-in. But on the spot, they are saying no rooms empty. So early check-in not available and also for online booking we will not provide early check in etc. In the end he came to a conclusion that we need to pay 300rs for the early check-in. He could have said that in the beginning itself. After getting key we entered the lobby and seeing all rooms are being empty. All rooms are kept open without any guests (don't know why!!! May be for smell effect!?) We laughed why they said all rooms are occupied!:) Funny guys. If you don't get rooms in any other hotels, you can go here. It will always empty. They have bar at 1St floor.
