Rooms are good, no restaurant available, but food delivery options available

10mins distance to entrance of hill. We stayed for one night. Clean rooms n bathroom. Reasonable price. Ample parking space available.

Neat clean spacious room with invisible hill view . Even tho there is no restaurant onboard there was many near by . Overall peaceful atmosphere and decent service Recommend for travelers.

The service is not good. In fact, after the second day of our stay, they wanted us to move to another hotel as the hotel was booked by a wedding party. What a lousy way of doing things when we fully well booked in advance for 3 nights. The shower was all broken. No room service. No cleaning of the rooms. Only one towel was given after we asked for one more an old color faded one was given. One bottle of water for 3 nights of our stay .

Location is good. Close to Black Thunder Rooms and property seems new But the manager named Mr. Bala was extremely rude and didn't care for the guests. We booked two rooms each of double occupancy and each of the room had only one towel. When asked for extra towel, Mr. Bala instructed their staff not to give extra towels every time guests asked. Would not recommend and reconsider for stay.

Rooms were clean and located in Ooty - Mettupalayam road. Easy to reach. No breakfast buffet during off season. Buffet available only during peak season. I went during off season, considering the price without breakfast buffet it's costly. All rooms are of same size and parking space is very small, only 5 cars can be parked.

This hotel is located near to Black thunder which is easy for transportation While comming to rooms it was kept clean and maintened decently. The service were also good only but the buffet is not for all the times. It has a large parking space which will not cause to any quarells. Totally it is worth for Money I loved it

Looks like a great new hotel. In 2023, the hotel is not quite finished with some bair wires and rubble outside. Very good if you are looking to take the train up to Ooty (warter park next to the Hotel). Rooms get 5 stars as very clean and modern. Seems there is no food available unless pre-ordered. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
