Very very bad hotel, service and maintenance is bad, no hot water, rooms are not clean, TV is not working properly, better take another hotel and some other lodge. rent is too much for five star hotel yes they want cash. We took the ac room but still there was mosquito nuisance in the room

the manager don't how to talk with the customer. The will talk rudely and shouting on you because they thought this is his place he can do what ever he want . worst experience ever if u r an outsider . don't go to these hotel they will scam u if u r a tourists . the charge 2000 rupees and extra 500 rupees from us. There actually price is ranging from 600 -1200 . lastly the didn't return our security fee also the come for fight . humble request don't go to that place .

Very neat and clean rooms. Well located area walkable to railway station and bus stand. Hot water is the only issue. Safe place for ladies and children.

Name only international otherwise nothing like that. Hot water only available 6am to 8am only. Not suitable for Family or couples becus of smoking and alcohol peoples are disturbing in the next door. And outside vehicle noise too much.

It's an old kind of lodge maintained. Rooms are average not much clean, no water, no breakfast, no Wifi, no Soaps, Shampoo, tooth brush provided. I stayed in a Non A/c room which costed me Rs 1800.Not worth much. But located near to mettupalayam bus stand and other hotels. However, not much good hotels are available, though Hotel name says as international, but it's a 100% lodge.

Staff were very rude For one hour delay of vacating room, they demanded us to pay full amount of another day. Be careful when you check-in and check-out in this hotel. They will receive you very obedient when checking in to hotel and they show their another face while checking out.

Reception Staff attitude is bad worst hotel is worst

Worst time of my stay. There is no heater itself. Hot water will come only from morning 6 AM to 8 AM and that too if more rooms are occupied, hot water will not come. If you have received take a bath in other time in Mettupalayam chill climate, you are dead. They will give you a cool answer that they have only solar water heater which will not work in other times. Never ever consider to saty in this hotel. They don't have very basic minimal requirement of heater.
