Hotel EMS Mayura

I recently had the pleasure of staying at EMS Mayura and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's proximity to the railway station was a major plus point for me, making it easily accessible and convenient. The staff were absolutely delightful - friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, they ensured that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at EMS and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay near the railway station. Keep up the great work! 3500 for a room without restaurant . Good property but very POOR MANAGEMENT. If the Owner reads , pls don't spoil the property with current generation feeding customers. Your style of running is 1980's style. Everything is average. Building renovated and good. Location prime. Safety - 100% Standard - Less than two star hotel.

Close to both the bus stand and mettupalayam railway station. Rooms are clean and spacious. Well maintained. Staff are very helpful and cordial. Restaurant had good tasty food.

EMS Mayura was an excellent hotel we came from Australia for a trip and it was wonderful. The rooms were spotless and the staff were exceptional.Jeeva latha ,Sathiya and Ugesh helped so much like calling room service within seconds and telling us many tourist attractions. I highly recommend this amazing Hotel for families.

Neat, clean and spacious rooms with the hotel located close to the bus stand and railway station.|Service is non existent. TV channels were not subscribed to. Room service was not provided. Staff at reception were missing at the front desk at 10 pm. Practically No staff (not under staffed). No response to any service requests. A good property with poor service delivery. Avoid staying here

Rooms are ok - For non AC rooms you won't get blankets - For non AC , they said hot water comes only at 4 AM to some 7/8 AM in the morning . - You will not get the correct Wi-Fi password. - If you have taken non-AC then reception people treat you like you are staying here for free.

Only spacious hotel in Mettupalayam town. This is in mainroad. Very large parking space. Rooms are maintained well and clean. But recently The inhouse Restaurant has been closed. So need to go to the congested place for foods. Lots of time will be wasted for taking food. Hope the Management will open the restaurant soon

Their dine in restaurant is great. Staff is friendly and hospitable. Good ambience. Great place to try authentic kongu style food.
