Hotel Templecity Gateway

I recently stayed at the Temple City Gateway Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked amenities, made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and catered to every need with a smile. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. The food was another highlight. The variety and quality of the dishes were remarkable, with every meal being a delight. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the flavors were fresh and delicious, offering an authentic taste of local cuisine. Lastly, the location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. It's situated close to major attractions, yet the ambiance is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Overall, my experience was flawless, and I highly recommend the Temple City Gateway Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I'll definitely return in the future!

Very poor and inconsiderate management and staff. Anyone who is unfortunate enough to misplace anything here. Please forget your belongings. They do not care about their guests or their property. The cctv cameras are not for the benefit of the guests but for the safety of the hotel alone. Resting my case here. Be safe when you visit here. Had a bad personal experience and warning others.

Muthukumar's service was very good. He made every one of laugh and he was very humorous. We really enjoyed our trip. We will surely visit the restaurant again if we come to India again. We are from Malaysia.

We stop here usually on the way to Madurai. Breakfast and coffee items are good. But evening snacks weren't so tasty.

Amazing food and service. Tried poori, onion uthappam, sambar vada, jigirthanda. Everything tasted scrumptious. Special thanks to Mr.Muthukumar for his special mention of kaara chutney+ellu podi+oil. It was top notch for the onion uthappam. Overall great dining experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Food not at all good .. 1. Ordered Veg Briyani - vegetables were not cooked properly. No Briyani flavour 2. Parotta kurma - worst 3. Chapathi - not nice Waste of money

Mr Muthukumar served us very well. Ordered full set lunch comes with pure ghee with podi, capati, noodles soup, parotha, panneer manchorian ended with tea and coffee...the way their explain about the food and recipes top notch. Vast knowledge in food! Well done!! thank you!!!

Mr Muthukumaran and others are doing great and hospitality is ultimate, Paneer sukka and 65 biriyani are Super, loved it with a charging station here, really helpful,
