Green wood resort

I had a terrible experience at Greenwood Resort, Room No. 4. I stayed for 2 days and was charged 7000, but the room was extremely small--barely enough for two people to move around. The facilities were poor, and the maintenance was unacceptable. No Hot Water: The bathroom geyser was not working for my entire stay. Despite informing the staff and even the owner, nothing was resolved. I had to use freezing cold water, which was unbearable. The owner dismissed my concerns, claiming it worked without actually checking. Unhygienic Conditions: The bed was dusty, smelly, and had hair on it. Room cleaning was not done properly. No Ventilation: There was no fan in the room, and once the doors were closed, the air circulation was terrible. I couldn't sleep because of the heat. Remote Location: The resort is far from Ooty city, with poor road and food facilities in the area. There's no outside view from Room No. 4, even though the resort advertises views for only a few select rooms. Overpriced: For 7000, I expected basic amenities and proper maintenance, but none of this was provided. I suffered a lot during my stay and felt completely neglected by the staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this resort, especially Room No. 4.

Nice property good view couple for heaven stay

Rooms are very spacious and clean with a fireplace in most rooms. The property is huge with ample space for walking. The service is very prompt as well.
