JP Nivaas Guest House

JP Nivas - Literally it's worth for the money . Rooms are very neat and clean. It's near to mayuranathan swamy temple with peaceful surroundings. I was stayed with my family members their service was quite nice. Owner Rajendran really he is a gentleman he helps a lot from check in to check out. He guided me for nearby restaurants, traveller package and all. Overall we had a great stay with good experience. Thanks once again Rajendran sir.

Excellent stay for families Clean and neat flats

The property is located opposite to Mayauranathar temple with a good ambience & privacy. No restuarants or shops near by and need to walk more distance. If it's for a short trip , this is good. The property owner is strict about checkin time as 12 pm. Early checkin is charged the room price which is not right. Too much greed. If you are booking this property for any event - it's a BIG NO. The property supervisor will keep checking people walking in & walking out and will ask to pay even if they are not staying. Visitors entry is difficult & the staff doesn't have any basic sense and will question guests. Pathetic they even counted number of shoes & sandals to check how many guests are inside (imagine you wear a shoe as well as sandals - they ll assume 2 guests) .Keep watching camera on entries & exit to count people and keep calling the guests even if they are busy. As if its a Big Boss house. Money minded people with zero service level. The cleaning can happen only once as no housing staff stay at premises. The maid is also illtreated & they have zero Ethics & respect to people who do cleaning jobs . Just an upper class mentality. Audacious!

Think twice before you share your advance to the owner. I did not have a pleasant experience at all

The guest house is very nice and very big for a family. All amenities like small fridge, stove glass and AC available, Very very good Devi aunty who helped us with luggage and also got milk for my baby. Very very good management and also very very clean place. Highly recommended.

This place was super comfortable. Two beds and two baths with well serviced ACs. Kitchen with a mini fridge and some basic utensils. I stayed here with my in-laws and 10month old baby. Very convenient. The only drawback is you'll need to climb stairs..which can be a problem with older people. For myself and my husband it was a non issue. The caretaker is very very helpful! He got us a flask of hot coffee every morning and evening. And was just a phone call away for any help that was needed! Very very close to the mayavaram periya kovil. It's beautiful to wake up to the temple songs and the bird calls which we miss in the cities so much! All in all a great stay at this place!

I stayed here with my children for two days to attend family wedding. It's just behind Mayuranathar temple and you can see the temple Gopuram from the room. It's very spacious and well maintained. The owner and care taker are very good in taking care of the guests.The property is well furnished and it's good for family stay. All the important junctions and roads are very near. We enjoyed our stay.

BEST GUEST HOUSE IN MAYILADUTHURAI I stayed at JP Nivaas with my family for a while. Rooms were beautiful, clean and well maintained. Service was excellent. Located in the heart of the town but in a very peaceful place. Walking distance to bus stand and many other shopping places. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would certainly recommend JP Nivaas for others.
