Very clean, neat and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good amenities provided in the room. Complimentary breakfast is very helpful as it helps us start early for Temple visits. Restaurant service can be faster, especially for old people.

The rooms are good, ambience is nice but the people working there are super rude behaving towards the customers. The restaurant persons and the person on the reception was horrible. They didn't have any communication skills. Horrible experience. It will be better if the management trains the working staff how to address or speak/ treat the people who come to their hotel.

Very nice business class hotel with neat and spacious rooms. Also has a decent separate veg and non vegetarian restaurant. And also has adeqaute parking space.

Cannot go wrong with this hotel. Newly renovated. Clean rooms, good breakfast, in the heart of shopping district and value for money room rate that comes with breakfast. Inhouse travel service for car rental with fair rates. Breakfast options were good and menu changed daily. They have separate Veg and Non-Veg restaurants. Staffs were helpful, polite and provided great service. Excellent central town area with shops and auto stand just outside! This is our choice whenever in Mayiladuthurai!

The hotel used to be one of the best in town. But now it turned out to be one of the mediocre or even a below average hotel. Pros: - good location - provides soap, towels, hair oil and shampoo - provides kettle on demand for free of cost - room service for food is good - provides accommodation for driver - complementary breakfast Con: - saw cockroaches in the room - bed was having lot of insects, I was praying it shouldn't be bed bug - towels were dirty - the kettle was not cleaned and found rust on the bottom - the floor was very dirty

We used the restaurant. Food was delicious. F&B Staff Kunal was very helpful. He ensured we get the food as we wanted. He got us the Aloo sabji as per our palate. Chef thank you for the yummy fall fry. Thank you Kunal & chef. We had the best meal in last 48hrs
