Stayed here for a school reunion meet up and would like to call out the amazing hospitality they provided during our stay to me and my friends' families. Staff were very accommodating to our in room requests and ensured we had a comfortable stay. It's a new hotel, so there might be a few issues here and there, but they take feedback very seriously. Will book again for next visit. BTW their room has smart TVs with YouTube which you don't find even in cities. That was a big plus for me.

Booked this place via MMT. Owner has money but they need people who can run the place efficiently. Infrastructure is good but service is way behind. We asked for water which never came upto 26hrs Room not cleaned basically not served in spite of informing at front desk

The room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained. Service was prompt, room service was also good. Overall good ambience, except for the restaurant. Only issue was with hot water - it wasn't available the first night I stayed there; and generally hot water starts coming only after a bucket of water is already filled up, which leads to water wastage. Maybe the hotel can be more water-efficient.

I'll rate this a 5 because this hotel was more than what i and my wife expected in a small town. We are happy. Decent Ac rooms , clean linen, bathroom etc . 20 min drive from the railway station. Overall a good place for family. I think there is a restaurant too. But I haven't tried. Didn't really need to avail room service so no comments there either

We had booked this hotel paying a huge amount.. Ambience and room cleanliness is good. However we have faced the below issues which made me to put 1 star rating. 1. We were 2 adults and 1 9 year old kid. They refused to provide 1 pillow stating that the hotel is fully occupied. 2. They don't have driver room allotted some mini hall and denied to provide pillow and bedsheet for him. 3. They asked us to pay extra money for kids breakfast quoted that complimentary breakfast is only for 2 people. 4. They didn't serve tea in the morning till afternoon stating that the tea master is on leave. They didn't bother about getting it from outside as well. 5. Very poor service and staffs are not courteous. It's a overpriced one with absolutely no good service

The rooms were clean and service was outstanding. The staff were courteous and helped us check in and out smoothly. For people coming with drivers, they are getting a drivers room ready for a comfortable nights rest (1mo ETA).

Went for a marriage. We reached hotel at 12.15am for a checkin. They made us to stand for 5 mins in the reception. Not a good welcome. Not that much clean room but okay. Kettle was not clean. Amenities were okay. Parking area was good.

It was fantastic to stay here because environment is pleasant and quiet. Family based hotel suitable for all relationships. Food was quiet good but little expensive overall breakfast was too good enjoyed they way they serve was good. Hospital was good.
