Pathetic experience. They charge 560 for additional members and won't provide an additional bed. Also the rooms are very dusty, if you have any dust allergies don't go for it. Parking issue, they keep on rotating the parking place of your vehicle.

5-star rating for the management's prompt response to complaints. Suggestions were noted, and actions were taken immediately. A nice and comfortable stay overall.

We stayed here during August 2023 for our temple visits. Prime location - Walkable distance from bus stand. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Lift can be installed for elderly people.

Hotel is Okey, room size is good and the second floor building is new so it's cleaner than other floors, but I was not satisfied with the staff's behaviour. Room service is not on time, intercom was not working and when complained to the management they were blaming each other. Bathrooms are Okey, and other complimentary things like water bottle, towels and soaps are provided only when we ask for. If someone is using the hotel for the first time, they won't help. Bed sheets and pillow covers are fine but not very good. The price is high compared to the service they offer and the room they provide. Overall an average experience.

Non AC rooms are very hot during summer season. There could be some ventilation. No lift facility. Lot of empty liquor bottles are there. Should be neat and clean. Bathroom is good. Hot water available.

Descent rooms, had a pleasant stay but parking is a little problem is one can park only 3 cars in front there is no other parking place. Bathrooms are neat. If they include restaurant and parking that would be great. They offered welcome drink and also have complementary breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located near Mayiladuthurai bus stand. The rooms were okay, however, the bedsheet were not clean in one area. Only a thin blanket was given and it was not thermally protective. The room had a good cable TV connection. The ceiling fan is always set to high speed with no option to reduce speed.They gave bath towel, toilet soap, and shampoo on request. However, no dental kit was provided. Complimentary water bottles were provided. This hotel has a peculiar habit of switching off AC when no one is in the room. When you come from hot sun, only fan works. I have to call reception always to switch on my AC which they control from reception. I know this is a current saving measure, but it causes discomfort to guests, as the room takes a considerable amount of time to cool. I stayed in the ground floor, so, at times it can be noisy. Sound proofing between rooms is not good. The bathroom was fine, however I did find a cockroach. Also, the manager has a peculiar habit of checking the guests whether they are in the room. Even though I was going in and out of the room, he said he couldn't find me all the day. I found it peculiar. Also, you can find Christian-related slogans in the reception.
