Murali's Kudil

Location is great. Rooms are tidy, clean and well maintained. TV and AC are in excellent condition. Bed is big and enough for almost 3 adults. But space is slightly cramped especially in the room where I stayed, had almira's door which almost collided which the switch board. The owner/ manager was very polite and helpful. Temple is very nearby which is a plus. You have to walk some 100 meters for a tea shop. And nearest Good hotel is around 250 meters away at least. We enjoyed our stay there. And one more thing, there is no covered car parking but there is enough space nearby to park. In summer your car might get very hot. That's the only negative i can think of.

Very neat and clean. ..If you are looking for a hotel for a short stay for family to get fresh up - this is the right choice... We went there on our way to other temples and we travelled from Railway station and he took 120 as it was early in the morning.. Staff are polite and friendly.... They also provide a small pack with tooth brush soap and shampoo... No coconut oil.. AC working good . bathrooms are super clean and well maintained. No dust and no debates..

Avoid This Place - Unprofessional & Rude Staff I had a terrible experience staying at Murali's Kudil on Feb 24, 2025, with my family, including elders and small children. We booked two rooms directly via phone, and the hotel initially seemed reasonable. They confirmed our check-in and check-out times and quoted a total price of INR 3,800 (INR 1,600 for one room, INR 2,200 for the other). Check-in at 5 AM went smoothly, and we even paid an advance of INR 1,000. However, the issues started soon after. Different staff members kept questioning our checkout time, making us uncomfortable. The worst part came at night when I was vacating one room. The receptionist treated me as if I was running away without paying, using rude gestures despite our payment agreement being noted in their register. My parents were still staying in the second room, and it was clear that both rooms were to be settled together. Things escalated further when the staff started shouting and creating a scene, demanding that we either vacate the second room early in the morning or pay extra--something that was never mentioned during booking. Their tone and behavior were outright insulting. In the end, my parents were forced to check out at 7 AM, even though we had paid for the room until 12 PM. While the rooms are decent, the staff completely ruin the experience. Their dishonest pricing tactics and appalling behavior make this place unworthy of the good ratings it has. If you value respect and a hassle-free stay, avoid this hotel at all costs!

Excellent choice for Stay, Rooms were neat and clean It's near Parimala Ranganathar Temple. Drawback is they don't provide breakfast or coffee to room, for food no shops are nearby

I occupied the room by 10.15 pm. The bedspreads were damp. When I asked for replacement, they gave me one blanket. There was no attendant. On the next day, I was called by 3 pm asking to vacate as the stay period was 12 noon to 12 noon next day. It wasn't told while booking. I had to cancel my visit at Thirumeyachur and come back to vacate. No attendant in the night hours and the bed was adjoining the wall. So one had to slip put from the bed to go to bathroom or any work as companion was sleeping nearby. Narrow room.

I booked a room via mobile.. and they said room is booked... the management didn't asked for rent or money.. but on the day of arrival they are saying all rooms are booked and no vacancy.. they should have told upfront about room cancellation. So that we would have planned a different room.. management team has to improve on this factor.. Because last minute cancelling room is not a proper ethics and they are saying a different neibhor lodge

Clean and spacious rooms. We stayed on the ground floor itself. The staff was very courteous. Right next to 22nd divya Desam parimala ranganathar temple. Value for money. I highly recommend this place. However the only con is there is no restaurant nearby.
