Very poor experience at this lodge. They have maintained the exterior well to make customers believe the rooms are good. However, the inside of the room was completely disappointing and poorly maintained and so much disgusting . Asking 1500 for 24h this room is not a great deal Don't consider this spot

It's a damn nightmare staying in this place. It's not a room on the whole it's a scam kindly don't ever prefer this place it's worst ever the dirtiest place I have ever stayed

Reception sofa damaged. Water pipe and shower damaged. No bathroom accessories mug need to be demanded. No Telecom, no TV. Damaged mirror, damaged plug lines. Rs. 2000 for such a room. There are AC rooms in the Sam place with even less cost. We got back in 4 hours after a fight with the owner trying to pull 3/4th of the cost after calling the police. The owner was such a rude and mental person. We did not check the bathrooms initially because of travel tiredness. He just asked us why did we accept and why did we bath in such a bad water, and all are fine and perfect. I don't know whom they bribed to give 3 star status. The owner is never willing to hear complaints. They earn well with just one time visitors.

However, the most distressing aspect was the extremely dirty bed and restroom. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench and a bed that was covered in stains and hair. It was evident that the linens had not been changed or cleaned properly, which left me feeling disgusted and uncomfortable. The lack of attention to such a basic aspect of hospitality is completely unacceptable. The condition of the restroom was equally appalling. It was evident that it had not been cleaned thoroughly, as there were visible dirt, grime, and even mold in some corners. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and in dire need of maintenance. It was a distressing experience to use such unhygienic facilities during my stay. In addition to these cleanliness issues, the air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning. Despite reporting the problem to the staff multiple times, no action was taken to rectify the situation. The room remained uncomfortably hot and stuffy throughout my stay, making it impossible to relax or get a decent night's sleep. Moreover, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and showed a lack of empathy towards my dissatisfaction. Their dismissive attitude further added to the disappointment and frustration I experienced during my stay. Considering the deplorable condition of the bed and restroom, I cannot overlook the exorbitant cost I paid for such a substandard experience. The value for money was non-existent, and I felt cheated by the hotel's false claims of quality and comfort. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel SS Park was a complete disaster due to the extremely dirty bed and restroom. The lack of cleanliness, the air conditioning malfunction, unprofessional staff, and poor value for money make this establishment unfit for any guest seeking a pleasant stay. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they value their comfort and well-being.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by bad pieces of furniture and floors which can't even be stepped on. The linens appeared stained and worn, leaving me questioning their cleanliness. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not paid attention to even the most basic cleaning tasks. The lack of service was equally frustrating. The hotel staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout my stay. The overall attitude of the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, which only exacerbated the already unpleasant experience. Furthermore, the state of the restrooms was deplorable. The toilets were filthy, and the floors were unclean. It was evident that the bathrooms had not been properly maintained or sanitized. This lack of hygiene is completely unacceptable and shows a disregard for the well-being and comfort of the guests. To add insult to injury, I had to change rooms multiple times due to malfunctioning air conditioning systems. Each time I was moved to a new room, the air conditioning problems persisted, indicating a widespread issue throughout the hotel. Considering the exorbitant price paid for my stay, I expected a level of comfort and cleanliness that was sorely lacking. It is unacceptable for a hotel to operate in such a negligent manner, providing subpar service and unsanitary conditions to paying guests. I strongly advise potential visitors to steer clear of SS Park. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and multiple room changes due to faulty air conditioning make it an establishment that fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.
