Runnel view resorts Mudhumalai,Masinagudi

Beautiful resort with view of the mountains and complete calm serenity around while amidst the forest! A must visit for people who like some off-beat calmness. Food was also good, prepared in the resort itself upon intimation.

Spacious property. There was a big free space in front of the room. Kids will enjoy to play. Rooms are good and clean. Food quality is average and expensive. The owner was so friendly and provided more information about the nearby place to visit.

If what you need is a peaceful, serene and quiet getaway, i strongly suggest this place. The place is clean, staff is friendly and food is really tasty and all this at a very pocket friendly price. The view from the rooms are really good. And plus you have a small stream which is accessible from the property. If you are lucky you'll be able to see wildlife sitting outside your room.

I stayed here for 3 days . Fantastic experience.Food was amazing.Roshan is the man here . He'll guide you the best about this place . An off beat experience with best service. Roshan is a wonderful host here.

We just spend 40 minutes and checked out the place. They charge 4200/- per day and there's no Ac, not even a cupboard in the room, no WiFi, no network connections for Vodafone/idea and unclean bathroom. We were the only guest when we reached there after 2pm. The property is decent if they had provided AC rooms and clean bathrooms.. I mean does 4200 has no value at all these days? I've been to Masinagudi atleast 10 times and I know very well of the place. I came here with my family on the hottest month of April first week. I wouldn't have complained if they were charging 1500 per night for the basic facilities they provide here. 4200 for a night here is nothing more than looting.. I spoke to the owner Roshan right before leaving the property and mentioned all what I've written here and I guess he is not interested in upgrading the standards of his property from the conversation we had. Pls don't waste your time and money coming here. Better to visit jungle hut or any other worthy properties nearby spending a lil extra for a night or two rather than this place ..

Ramachandran. I want to start with this name because he made us very comfortable through out this stay in this resort. Resort was good however, the serivce he gave was exceptional. So I would suggest you to visit this place for him atleast once. Do we have more than 5 star to rate this person? Thanks bro.

We had booked a place through booking,com but ended up hating it so we thankfully landed in this amazing place and im glad we ended up here. Its quiet and a intimate place where you can experience nature and its calm. Some really good cottages and amazing staff to help you with your requirements. A special mention to Victor the manager and Ramu the chef who made some amazing meals for me and my friends If you book in advance you can ask them to arrange BBQ and bonfire Would really love to visit again soon.

It is one of the best view jungle stays I have ever been too. Really close to jungle. All the attractions and points are very nearby and easily you can roam around in your own vehicle be it bike or car. We enjoyed are stay here as it was bordering the jungle. Roshan (owner) is very friendly and very good in hospitality!! He made sure that we are comfortable and helped in every possible way. I would recommend this place for great view, good jungle experience and a good place to hang out with friends and family.
