I recently stayed at this resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place itself was beautiful and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. But what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and thoughtful--something you rarely experience, even at 5-star hotels. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. I can confidently say that the hospitality here surpasses that of many luxury hotels I've stayed at. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the resort for 2 days along with our kids, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hospitality was truly heartwarming - every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. It really felt like home away from home. The food deserves a special mention - it was simply outstanding! Every meal was packed with flavor and catered to both adults and kids alike, everything was top quality and delicious. The kids had a great time too, with space to play and explore, and the staff was extremely patient and kind with them throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect family getaway! We left with full hearts and happy stomachs. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly escape with home food and good hospitality!
This place is amazing! The Manager kishore was very kind, welcoming and accomodating and he also booked us a safari car around the forest. The staff here were also quite hospitable as well. The food made there was fresh and tasted like home. The area also has a lot of amenities and equipment for the kids to play with. The rooms also were very open and clean. Overall highly recommend!
When you go in a group, this resort will be one of your best choices, as they offer some of the best accommodations. We stayed in the dormitory, which was perfect for our group and made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is that you get hot water 24/7. The food is excellent, especially the dinner--you won't need to worry about finding nearby hotels, as they serve some of the best meals. The hospitality is superb; they respond very politely. They also arrange all the safaris at a reasonable cost, and the safari team referred by the hotel staff ensures a memorable experience, stopping at various points to help you spot animals. To enjoy the entire trip, this resort would definitely be one of the best choices.
Not worth for the money. Sharing my feedback based on my recent stay last week. Room - NOT good. Cockroaches will be a regular visitor. So we had to keep all the bags closed to avoid entering insects. There was no internet, bugs kept crawling onto the bed Food was a complete RIPOFF. Especially paneer based dishes which had adulterated paneer in them. We were overcharged for everything(30 for 50ml of milk). However, the service was good. The resort staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
This resort running only because of Mr. Kishore. He is a very helpful person. Rest staff are not at all responsible. Rooms are not clean and looks very old. Prices are comparatively high. There are nearby good and clean resorts. I disappointed
We discovered this resort after reading Google reviews, which mentioned that the food would taste like home-cooked meals, so we booked a three-night stay. Initially, we didn't have any specific plans for Bandipur and Masinagudi, but after receiving a warm snack upon arrival, we spoke with the resort manager. He suggested several local attractions and provided us with a two-day itinerary, including a full schedule and arrangements for a local cab. At first, we were unsure about the plan, as it covered two full days (from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with visits to places like the Road Safari, Mayur Dam, waterfalls, Theppakadu Elephant Camp and Safari, Vibudhi Malai, and Gopalswami Hills. However, we didn't mind returning to the resort for meals because the food was delicious, just like the review had promised. The travel never felt tiring due to the quality of the meals. The staff was incredibly friendly, and since we brought our kids (ages 1 and 4), they allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare food for the little ones. They also served us hot water upon request. A special feature of the resort is that they offer separate dining areas for different groups, ensuring privacy while you eat. You can also customize your meals if needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for luggage and free movement. The cost for food and accommodations is very reasonable for a tourist destination. A meal typically costs between 400-500 per person, depending on your customization. Overall, this resort offers great value for money. You don't need to worry about food or health, allowing you to relax and enjoy your trip without any concerns.
