Worst experience ever. Such so called stays are existing because of the online platforms Ago*a gave very good rating for this. There is only one caretaker on the property. He is reluctant to take order for food. Will convince you to order what is there, not ready to serve veg. For breakfast you will only get one item idly or some Kerala rice idly. Omelette charged separately. For some items charged wrong quantity. Rooms were there with very basic amenities. Did not change the pillows and bed sheets we stayed for 2 days. Overall a very bad experience.

The service here is what makes the stay special. The host is fantastic and even arranged elephant feeding and bus safari at Madumalai Tiger Reserve, which I truly enjoyed. Rooms are clean and location is so peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to experience great service and what village life feels like!

This place is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature. My family had a wonderful time enjoying the hospitality, safari, and taxi service to Ooty arranged by the staff. The food was delicious and prepared to our liking. The rooms and amenities were satisfactory for their category. The approach road added to the adventurous feel of the place. The support staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the blanket provided was not enough for two people, but I believe they would have provided more if we had asked. Waking up to the sound of a local rooster was a nice touch. Overall, there is always room for improvement, but we had a great time during our stay.
