Safari Land Villa Resort

Don't believe in what you see in booking websites. They are mostly fake. Better go with other resorts. And staffig manager in reception is a rude don't know how to response to guests. I didn't expect this from a resort. This is not a independent villa where it can happen. We were total disappointed with the stay. But out side room it's good. We booked non ac room. It seems they were provided a non guest rooms to us. We don't have options to go out it's late already. And support form Agoda 0%. They don't even listen you. This is my first and last booking with Agoda.

Excellent place to stay, spacious lawns, great staff, good food. Rooms are near. Staff is very helpful.

I recently visited this establishment with two families, and our experience was incredibly frustrating, largely due to the awful service from the waiter. From the start, it was clear that he was overwhelmed and disinterested in providing any kind of professional service. He barely acknowledged us when we arrived, and when he finally took our orders, he was impatient and dismissive. Throughout the meal, he seemed to forget simple requests, such as drink refills and extra condiments, and when we asked about the status of our food, he acted as if we were bothering him. He got several of our orders completely wrong, and when we politely pointed out the mistakes, he was defensive and rude, offering no apology or solutions. At one point, he even ignored our table entirely, leaving us without attention for long stretches. When we asked to speak with a manager to address the issues, the waiter disappeared and never returned with any follow-up, making it clear that customer concerns were not a priority. His lack of professionalism completely soured the experience. It was hard to believe that someone so inattentive and disrespectful was entrusted with customer service in a place that clearly had no quality control. It was an appalling display of poor service, and I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you value being treated with any level of respect or competence.

We stayed 1 night. It was pleasant stay food all are awesome, staff very supportive overall very Gud.

We came here to eat. The food was really decent. Good place to stop by. With lots of parking space.

One of the worst breakfast i ever had in my life.. Ordered Ghee dosa , onion dosa , masala dosa and ghee podi dosa.. They served it with salty Coconut chutney.. Waiter took the order for tea and coffee after 30 minutes he told us its not available.. Pathetic.. Dirty bathroom with lot of nails around the door my mother's churidhar top got torn.. Terrible experience
