Chalets Resort, Masinagudi

A wonderful resort, a good carrying, good service, food quality, another level of swimming pool enjoyment, and then the extracurricular activities, then the view point, everything is a five star rating. This is the biggest shocking of all. We saw a tiger at night, about 100 meters away from our resort. It was absolutely amazing.

Very bad experience. Zero hospitality and cleanliness. I doubt they wash bed spreads and blanket. Chia seeds were sticking to both blanket and bedspread. Quantity and quality of food for dinner was not for the price. And for buffet breakfast no fruits and no juice. Just idli ,upit, bread and boiled egg. Coffee and tea was charged in breakfast and taste was worst. No filter water. Even though it was told to be honeymoon suit , no coffee or tea sachets were provided. Bath tub was not cleaned. It's not worth for 10,000rps per day resort. Later we also came to know that they charged differently for different guest. Overly charged for the small glass rooms. Localised safari people charge 1200rp -1500rp per jeep whereas resort charged 2500rp per safari jeep. Due to rain our room was flooded with water and ruined our luggage. AC setting was not working properly and top of it, Lots of powercut. Swimming pool was also not cleaned. May because they know their hospitality condition, so they collected the full room charges before checkin. So that we don't cut down the charge during checkout for their lack of hospitality and management. If anyone else are planning to visit this place with bigger group, do ask them for the get together place at night before checkin. We were family of 8 and stayed in 3 glass room yet they didn't thought about giving a common place for seating. After checkin asked them to change room so that we can get a common seating area but they didn't agree to change room. Till the last day of check out that room was empty.

Rooms are good, Foods are awesome. The owner, the manager and other stuffs are also very helpful. In the evening, lots of insects come, so openning windows is a bit issue and the indoor games are not properly maintained, other than that everything is very nice. Thanks Chalets, for the wonderful experience.

Place is situated in a very beautiful and calm place. Easy to reach the stay. Food was good. Staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for couple and also for friends

It was a wonderful stay ...classic rooms....The staffs were friendly and helpful.Food was too good ..Jeep Safari also good ...However , the breakfast options were limited ....I can recommend it for beautiful location and its services ....

Very good location in Masinangudi. Our bus found it difficult to go through due to trees around the road. Service is good. Rooms are good. We enjoyed the stay. Recommended.

Lovely property,situated at a quiet and serene location,givibg the overview of the jungle till afar. Hygienic rooms and the entire property is well maintained.It has enough activities to keep the kids busy,both indoor and outdoor.Very polite and courteous staff.Food was also good.Worth visiting the next time.
