Red carpet resort

Stayed here a couple of times and well hosted by chakkara (Joseph) ... Have a long association with Joseph going back to atleast 17 years... food is good, home style. twice stayed in the room upstairs. Only problem is the water flow - not very strong. good view to relax in the balcony upstairs.

Nice and compact homestay. Food is prepared as per your choice. Rooms are clean , bedsheets , toilets are all clean. One SUV can be parked inside. It is not far away from core forest area. Ideal for 2-3 families.

It was a wonderful stay. Exceptionally a wonderful resort in the middle of the jungle. One has to cautious about the check post timings. Mr Joseph is such a nice person that i will ever forget. All other staffs and cook are exceptionally good. Food prices are more than satisfactory as the homely taste, made my day.

We had visited this property during First half of Feb 23. Rooms were good and comfy. The best thing is the food over here and the service . We had pre-ordered our food and taste was good . There is kind of a glass room small dining area where night long parties can be arranged. Camp fire fire was available on request, but we didn't opt as it wasnt so cold . There is a first floor with open to sky area for small parties. Amidst the jungle ,this becomes a very silent and secluded spot. Has a beautiful maintained garden and swings for kids . Has a good parking space for cars inside the premises. Mr Chekkarai ,the care taker of the property is a nice person and helped us making the Safari visits the other day.

I visited Red carpet resort Misanagudi in Nov 2022. They have tree house rooms,bamboo cottage and rooms in the main resort. The pricing is moderate and not overly priced. Joseph is a great host and helped me with all questions and also took me for a safari in the jungle. I managed to see Indian gaur, deer , wild boar during the stay. The food was decent and portions were good. In the main building there is a swing at the terrace where you can sit and look outside. The tree house though has the best view. There are games like carrom in the ground floor.

One of the resort near manavala where you can find wild animals within 1or 2kms. Resort maintenance, ambience and staff approach are too good. Staffs will help us in every needs. Do check out.

Great place to stay, Mr.Chakkarai Joseph made us feel comfortable and he is such a kind and humble person. Worth your money and peaceful place to stay. Would visit again.

A cozy place where u get a memorable stay. Hard to find in the area. Food is not so good. But the views are breathtaking..
