Basic think hotel not provided,no water for drink , bedsheet old , pillow cover new but pillow very dirty, room full of mosquito,people can't sleep proper in night ,tv not working, WiFi not provided tell r rat bite, ,Basic need customer not provided,they want many , divine hotel poor rating in service

Very poor management, bedsheet cloth same like window screen,only money minded management, bedbugs more bedbugs , mosquito bitting

The best hotel in town. Neat and clean rooms. Very good service. Veg and Non vegetarian restaurant

Bad experience in this hotel with my family. Beware before renting rooms. Pls check your washrooms. We have caught a person peping in the washroom @ 5 early morning from the top floor window .management have not taken any action against the person. Ladies and families be careful.

Parking very less. Good Staff but very old rooms. Not maintained. Water itself had to buy outside to drink. Only soap is provided. Towels provided had big holes in them. Cleanliness is not upto mark. Bedsheets are not there enough for all rooms

I stay one day here.. Room is good...but there is no room service here.. There is not even provide water. There is no hot water facility for bath room.. location at marthandam main road.. very good parking available..

We had a lunch there on Sunday. Prices are very reasonable and food quality is also very high. The waiting time is little bit more, the hotel management can improve that. Restrooms are very cleanly maintained. Located near tha By-pass bridge. Much recommended for everyone.

No hot water. No ventilation for bathroom as well as rooms feels so dirty n uncomfortable hear.no hot water for bath.they gave us heater which is not working. Bathroom tab is already cuted. Old rooms with no maitaince
