Worst ever service experience you can try this hotel. Even though informed till the management level the staffs behaving like they don't care about guests required to be visited. The one last hope was complimentary breakfast but that too was not served one day and just simply the staff replying the chef has gone out for some reason. Room service except the laundry was worst to the core. No staffs will treat you or even smile at you in a good manner. All these review I'm being giving after staying 10days in the hotel. Each and every day one bad experience. It was a corporate booking and couldn't able to revoke it. Thankfully after repeated reminder we have got shifted to another hotel. Instead trying this you can try Higness hotel or if you are comfortable travelling inside Mahindra world city you can try downtown business hotel.

The worst service in the Chennai. I could not seen this type of service any Hotel. Morning Hot water not coming, the both rooms are very bad and smell, we getting good room for this price. I request people do not book rooms here. If you booked loss of your money. You can see others reviews also. You can easily know about the rooms..

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean and tidy. However, every staff member we encountered, except the housekeeping staff, was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Their behavior and communication left a negative impression, which affected our overall satisfaction despite the good room.

Rooms were really maintained well. Specially one housekeeping lady Sangita she is very nice and is of really helping nature. Nicely speaks and well behaved. Loved her..

Stayed in the hotel for 5 days. Sangeetha&team (the cleaning staff) provided great service. The team cleaned the room very nicely and were very polite. The restaurant food is also good. Overall good experience.

"Avoid Hotel Bakya Slot - Unless You Like Being Treated Like a Criminal" Hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I stayed at Hotel Bakya Slot, and apparently, they have a ridiculous policy where if you book a single-person room, you're not allowed to have any guests visit your room. Not even for five minutes. I wasn't hosting a rave--just wanted a friend to drop by briefly. You'd think I asked to set up a nightclub. The staff acted like I was violating some national security rule. Cold, unwelcoming, and downright rude when I tried to get clarification. Their attitude? "One person means ONE person," like I was in preschool. Honestly, staying here felt less like a hotel and more like being on house arrest. If you value privacy, basic hospitality, or just being treated like a human being, do not stay here. Hotel Bakya Slot is a hard pass. One star, and that's me being generous.

I recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.
