Nothing changed. If you are reading this review please don't visit. The people there don't know what is hospitality. All were in half trousers and no good for family/ladies. They were rude. Rooms were not clean. I don't know how to describe. I have ignored all negative comments and booked and everything in this review section is true. Positive comments written by them.

My experience at this "so called hotel" was an absolute nightmare. Upon arriving late at night, I was horrified to find the receptionist sleeping on the floor, completely unaware of my arrival. This level of unprofessionalism was just the beginning. We had booked two rooms for a work-related trip, and the amount charged - INR 4,000 per room was completely unjustifiable given the appalling state of the hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with filthy towels and bed linen that seemed untouched for ages. When I requested a clean towel, I was stunned when the receptionist casually grabbed one from a pile of soiled towels lying on the reception floor. This was beyond unhygienic and absolutely unacceptable. The bathrooms were equally disgusting - unclean, unhygienic, and barely usable. As for the food, it was so poorly prepared and unappetizing that we couldn't even bring ourselves to eat it. Every aspect of the stay reeked of neglect and a lack of basic hospitality standards. This is, without a doubt, the most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. For the exorbitant price they charge, one would at least expect basic cleanliness and service, but this place fails miserably on every front. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially if you're visiting for work or require a decent and hygienic stay.

*Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!* I've had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must warn others: it's a black spot on the hotel industry. Google showing it 3 Hotel but it's Not even Basic . The hotel lacks even the most basic amenities: - No power ( Diesel not available in generator) - No internet - Manual lift doors (you have to close them yourself ) - Rooms and bathrooms are dirty and rundown, resembling a dharamshala Do not waste your money on this hotel. Look elsewhere for a comfortable and respectable stay.

You're not staying at a hotel. When you ask for water to drink, you tell them to go downstairs and get it. When room service comes, they're very rude. If you've seen all their stops, they're acting very rude. They're acting without any responsibility. They're acting like we're just going to stay without any money because we've been robbed of our room. They're very rude.

Good hotel to stay, service was also good. Breakfast was on time. The location is a bit odd but you will get local shops a few minutes walk.

Very unpleasant stay in this hotel. They give me room on ground floor where there is no internet service in room.. you need to go out for internet. Room is not cleaned. I saw some mosquito, spiders and lizard. Cannot sleep on bed and getting itching. No hot water....

The rooms are not clean.The doors doesn't have proper lock which is not safe.The bathroom smells,No professional staff. They charged 4k for a room which u can find any where at max 2 thousand rupees. More over The owner only speaks of taking advance, without any facilities at the hotel. The owner is rude and only wants to make money without giving a decent and safe stay. There are many hotels in these locations, so please avoid choosing this.

Interior was good but no maintenance. Bathroom is stingy. No water facility in night time. No breakfast . Worst hospitality. The worst hotel ever i see. I suggested this to my relatives, they got mad at me for referring this . 5yrs back i stayed in this it was good. Staff doesnt speak local language n they treated the guest in worst way. Bed, pillows, bedsheets are not washed . There are stains everywhere in the room. Room smells so bad. Extra bed charges are so high. In one word, dont go there by trusting google photos.
