Super Hotel O Kattankulathur Near SRM University

This is a horrible place. A scam and a sketchy place. No transport available to this place. Poorly maintained place. As per the booking site, they say breakfast is included and it is not. No shops and restaurant or even a tea shop close by. Such a remote place!!!

Don't believe any of the good reviews about this place. It's basically a waste place. I had to stay here for 3 nights which was absolutely terrible. The bed sheet was dirty as hell. When I asked for a change, they told they did not have a spare. So I had to sleep on the dirty sheet which was obviously used for the first night. Not to mention there was no blankets provided as well. The room appeared to be dusty and the bathrooms were also is a bad condition. The next day I had to beg them and wait for hours to get the sheets changed and get a blanket. The location is very remote and you have no options to reach here from the main road. A rickshaw or cab is the only option. The whole compound was a dump yard with waste deposited almost everywhere. I never got new bath towels and had to manage with the same one for the 3N stay. The description in agoda and the place has no similarities. One of the worst place to stay.

absolutely do not recommend for stay. believe me and do not book if you're planning to sleep peacefully. very remote and poor location with absolute zero options for food and transport. very poorly maintained not clean at all. stains were everywhere on the bed, sheets and blanket. found condom covers under the bed. very poor bathroom. literally the worst experience of a stay in my life. it's only meant for cheap "oyo" activities for unmarried couple. even very poor standards for that. pro tip: do not book oyo if you're looking for a stay. specifically look for hotels that do not allow unmarried couple. they're only a little bit expensive than these kind of hotels but you'll sleep peacefully.

This hotel is a hidden gem the location is perfect the rooms are beautifuly decorated and the service is outstanding we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to others
