Value for money. Clean, healthy, hygienic rooms. Courteous staffs. Out of so many hotels that I have stayed at Mannargudi, Mannan Grand Inn stands the best.

Worst hotel service, no one in hotel reception. Worst restaurant. For getting the biggest room in the hotel , was provided with 2 lizards and the bed was just iron springs covered by a bed sheet. Not very comfortable. TV remote were not working fine. The room had wall paper which were torn . And paying 3000 per night is a waste. No compliments at all !! Thanks for the worst service. Edit - recently i visited this hotel again after my worst first experience and this time they have read my review and have changed a lot of things . The interior was cleaned with no lizards this time . The bathroom lock was changed and placed in a different position but the holes were not covered. The location is actually good , except at night times the people from nearby tasmac do have some problems and start shouting and fighting.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at your establishment, and I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment regarding the experience. Not only was the room size far from satisfactory, but the lack of amenities provided for the exorbitant cost made my stay feel completely unjustifiable. To begin with, the room I was allocated was shockingly small. It felt claustrophobic and cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The lack of adequate space made it challenging to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. Considering the premium price I paid for the room, I expected a more spacious and comfortable environment.. Additionally, the lack of complimentary toiletries or basic bathroom supplies was highly inconvenient. These basic amenities should be provided to ensure guests have a comfortable and convenient stay. Given the high cost of the room and the lack of essential amenities, I cannot help but feel that I was grossly overcharged for an underwhelming experience. It is disheartening to see a hotel charging such exorbitant prices without delivering the value and comfort that guests rightfully expect. I urge you to reconsider your pricing strategy and take immediate steps to rectify these shortcomings. Guests deserve to receive the amenities and space commensurate with the rates they pay. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for your guests.

I stayed just 2 days before... Very worst maintenance.. Very Small size room....No TV., No intercom, water leakage from Air conditioner and also not even working the fan.. The bath water is stagnant in the bathroom. There is no room service and no one there to even buy you a coffee. Management and receptionist behaviour is rude and arrogant. Room rent is very high.

They have decent rooms. You can park 3 cars and a few bikes at the property and there's space adjacent to the property. Good restaurants aren't nearby but you'll find 2 fast food joints right outside the hotel and they also have a restaurant at the premises. The fan didn't work. Drinking water was provided. Power cut disturbed the sleep.. The suite rooms are huge and one of them didn't have an ac in the hall in spite of the hall being 300+ sqft.

The rooms are good. Bathroom is neat and spacious.

Hotel is Located in a narrow interior road. Reception staff were not available during our visit to check-in despite advance phone booking. Triple Bed Room is spacious. But mosquitoes and too many lizards, pests inside room. Broken TV remote without battery cover. Cost is too high for this type hotel and average room with pests. Less car parking space, can accommodate 2-3 cars.
