The room (8X12FT)and toilet(3.6X5.6) were quite small, and the overall experience did not justify the tariff charged. Instead of addressing the cramped toilet situation with an apology notice affixed to the door, the owner focused on justifying the pricing of Rs.1600/-. The cable TV was another disappointment. On arrival, the set-top box was missing, and though it was installed after my complaint, it only worked for a few minutes before stopping. Despite rebooting the main connection, the issue persisted. It was clear the management was aware of this problem prior to my booking, as they had initially removed the set-top box but pretended to be unaware and wasted our time trying to fix it. The room had a poorly planned layout, with the washbasin installed near the headrest side of the bed. This caused water to spill onto the floor and even on the pillows when washing hands or face. It was both inconvenient and unhygienic. They have installed a tap in the bathroom where the water falls 1.5 feet away. Placing a bucket under the tap leaves no room to stand. I chose this hotel primarily for its car parking facilities, as most hotels near the temple area lack proper parking. The only positive aspect was the availability of good hot water for bathing. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Good place to stay but bath room is very small and no mosquito net in bath room window. Rate is high compared to the facilities offered

I recently stayed at keerthi residency and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the establishment lacked basic hospitality standards. First, the check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. Despite having a reservation, at the time of arrival they said room was extended by the previous guest. And we as a family were given a single person room till afternoon .The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. When I finally got to my room, the room was dirty, with visible dust on surfaces, stains on the carpet and the bed is very worst with bad smell The bathroom was particularly appalling and a persistent bad odor. I have stayed all over India, but this room not even worth 500 rs. But they are providing for 850rs( non a.c) . Later afternoon we have changed to 2 member stay room(non a.c). Finally we paid 1100 just for 14 hrs which in terms not worth for the room quality. To make matters worse, they have not even provided water. When we ask there is only common dispenser, guest have to go with jar and fill it up. Such a bad hospitality. This made for an extremely uncomfortable stay, especially considering the high temperatures outside. Additionally, there is also electricity problem.The hotel's amenities were also subpar. Overall, my stay at keerthi residency was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and substandard amenities made this an experience I do not wish to repeat. I am not sure whether owner is aware of these things as he had a very good reputation and we respect that. Don't fall for the positive paid/ own reviews. Go and check the room and then reserve it. Note: Hope owner will take consider these points and provide a pleasant stat for upcoming guests.Thanks.

Room is average. Restroom was worst. Restroom door makes huge noise while opening and closing. Also we couldn't close restroom door from inside. Complaint about that and asked for room change. But they didn't allow, even in the next day. They told they will arrange carpenter, but didn't. Very very poor service.

The hotel was neat and clean. I appreciate their notice on the bathroom door why the bathroom was smaller than required. But indeed I found it ok for a short period of stay. The rooms were cheaper than their counterparts. 1100 RS for double occupancy without AC and 1600 RS for the same with AC. I would definitely recommend this place for stay if you are looking for some budget option. Opposite this stay is a juice shop for refreshment and a short walk will lead to some good non veg restaurants. Rajagopalswamy temple is around 1 km from this place. You can inform reception for an auto or taxi they will arrange it for you or else by walk it will take 15 to 20 mins to reach the temple. I found an ample amount of parking space at this place which is good if you are traveling via a car. From the railway station it will cost around 150 RS if you take an auto to reach this stay.

Decent place to stay to rest and fresh up. Staffs were very friendly. Nice option if you're looking for neat and budget friendly rooms. Both AC (1500) and non AC (1000)rooms available - Ram

Decent rooms but smaller in size, friendly staff and reception was quick and prompt. Parking outside but safer. Location in a side street hence quiet place to take good sleep and rest
