Woodside Hotel

Budget friendly resort and rooms are ok for the price paid. Complementary breakfast is good. Excellent service by the person Sivakumar in addressing needs of the guests. Kids area in the garden needs some cleaning. Location is close to Mangalam koot road, but little far from the main attractions, but more pleasant weather than the center of town.

had a great stay at Woodside Rooms! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the campfire experience - it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the cool evening with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the location could be a little more convenient for nearby attractions, but overall, I had a wonderful time and would recommend it!

Stay provides you vintage experience and ambience. If you guys looking for calm stay with less amenities, this place is suitable for you. Garden and lawn is awesome. You can spend your quality time with bonfire. Safe for families. Caretaker Mr.Umasankar is very supportive and he does his role the best.

room is very short. They say double cot is fit for four person but originaly fit for two person only. Very sad, we booked from Chennai and reached here in yelagiri we faced room and cot is not fit for four person. We cancel the bookin and stayed other hotel. The owner of this property is rood type and ethnic not following as per customer relationship

Mixed experience The rooms were not extraordinary or worth 1300 per night. We booked the rooms via agoda. The picture and ambience displayed by agoda was quiet different from what we actually saw. The maintenance was quiet not satisfactory, but the incharge person ensured to provide the possible facility. pros: Though located in interior location (apprx 2km from lake) the sight and view was extraordinary. If we need a calm place then this should be fine. Accessibility to small shops. lots of plants and trees and wood benches were you can have good time with family and friends. cons: cleanliness and maintenance was not upto mark. The rooms and restrooms were not maintained properly.

I visited this place this place with friends, we did walk in booking around 3 am. This place more like guest's place as you can do whatever you feel like, no restrictions blah blah. Having fun in the lawn till we drop made us feel nice. The rooms are clean including the bathroom, since this place was less maintained some old feel hits me other than that it is good and worth for money, when compared with other hotel rooms which has no lawns or privacy this is far better when compared. I prefer this place next time as I need privacy with my friends and family when I take them there.

Property: A typical homestay Rooms: Spacious but the mattress, pillows and bed sheets are in bad condition. Mattress is too hard; pillows have lost its cushioning and bedsheets are all stained In room equipments: TV & dish set top box are in working condition but dish TV is not recharged; geyser/water heater does the job; AC is fitted but not sure whether it works or not as there is no power supply to it. Service: Special mention to the manager/Caretaker Mr. Umashankar. He is very jovial and helpful person. He tries to get any kind of help that you ask for. Also the helper lady keeps the room clean and does a tidy job Property premises: A neatly maintained lawn with benches to relax and space allocated for bonfire too. There are two swings, slide and a net that can serve for badminton as well as volleyball. There is no restaurant facility but they can arrange food from the nearby eateries. Also pls carry towels and toiletries with you.

The hotel was very safe for family and the breakfast was yummy.. hotel's view was natural and hope it remains the same. They stay was comfortable and was close to all the visiting areas. The place was calm and peaceful, the staffs were friendly.. We had a safe stay and vacation. Thanks #HotelWoodside, hope to visit again!
