Naksha Tree Hotel yelagiri

Not suite for family even for bachelors Steel sheet room - room pic in agoda app is different compared to what they provided. full of blanket worm - room full of blanket worm and lizard shit on bed unhygienic toilet - toilet flush is not working and lid are in brown color(dirty) spit all over the wall. Dirty pillow and bed sheet. Irresponsible behaviour - when we ask those things they response were bad simply telling us to check out and look somewhere.

Been there with a cousin. Booked a doubleroom with terrace(it's a trap) - having steel sheet ceiling which wasn't in pictures - was burning inside by the time we reached. Took the Classic room(which costs less but owner didn't agree to adjust price of booking). Felt like we were staying at their expense. Absolutely arrogant , the owner. Having fun writing cons of this place.. 1. A huge heater hanging on a broken buckle and stays there cuz of a bulb holder(pics attached) 2. No bath kit.. wtf. When asked for soap, the roomboy told that we can have it if we buy dental kit for 20 crazy af. 3. FREE WIFI. But only at reception lobby. . . Yelagiri is a recommendable spot but only for a day. Don't plan to stay unless you have other plans.

(IT IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL,, IT IS YOUR RISK TO STAY THERE.)Actually, this hotel is not capable for giving that one star review also, And very very poor service and there is no basic hygiene also,infact there is hair in the pillow sheet, the main thing is the TV is not working and the floor is not properly cleaned, though heater was there hot water was not available . It's not worth for the money .Simply waste!!!!

I even won't give one star I given star just to post my review then only I can post review for this resort very very very very worst experience bad accommodation even they won't give u a water, the room is not properly cleaned , the heater is not working even the current is not there for nearly full day we came with a family with 6 months baby even there is no proper current

Very poor service. Even water needs to be asked multiple times and the person said water will not be provided at free of cost for ppl staying in hotel.
