Terrible experience. We reached the location around 11pm, there was no reception or anyone to assist us to the room. The oyo room incharge guy was sleeping in the rooms which were allotted to us. Then we were allocated another room citing our room underwent some repair. The other rooms were also stinking with liquor and the incharge guys had kept their food, chicken etc in the fridge and kitchen was dirty. customer care ppl were least bothered to answer d queries. They don't give proper information first n foremost it's a 2bhk villa with no facilities. Pool can be used only in d evening between 4-6. There is no security near the villa gate, the incharge guys don't communicate properly. There is no restaurant available within 10kms from the rooms. Breakfast was not included in the package

Service - 0, cleanliness - 2, amenities as promised - (-1), behaviour - not at all polite. Not at all recommended
