Don't go to bar worst service they are not putting AC, bar closing time 10 clk but waiter taking last order in 9.0clk itself which is not acceptable manager working in the bar not a friendly or adujestable type showing angry face with customers,he is working without interest they are sleeping in bar. None of them are not a professionals. Manager are not interested to work. Ordered items will came after 30minutes.notjing is good in thr.that manager not doing poor service

The rooms are good and clean, but the breakfast spread is very limited. Despite charging 5,000 per day and claiming to be a premium hotel, they charge extra just to add masala to the complimentary dosa. This feels incredibly stingy. The daily menu is the same, which is really disappointing. The owner should visit and see for themselves--simple OYO rooms offer a better breakfast than this.

Great place to stay in Thiruvallur. Visited their Bar. Nice ambience and maintained neatly with good hygiene.

The rooms are spacious. Good food. The space of washroom in the rooms is very limited. Service of hotel staff is good.

Very worst food and service...Ac will not function,they ll switch off the Ac inbetween meetings...very worst food service... I will not go next time.

Very Clean Room, Polite Staff, excellent service and comes with a price tag for it. I wish the TV was working with Star Sports on the night that I arrived since it was the T20 Worldcup final. The staff on duty, Anthony, tried his best but could not help. Overall, very happy with this place and would recommend it.

It is a pretty spacious hall which accommodate 200 people and the dining hall is also good.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Senetta Hotel in Thiruvallur, and I must express my profound disappointment with the experience. The food was subpar, and each dish took over 25 minutes to arrive, which was far longer than expected. When the dishes finally did come out, they failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality and flavor. Additionally, the communication with the servers was challenging, as they were unable to understand the native language, leading to further delays and misunderstandings. Considering the bill of 2000, the overall experience felt disproportionately inadequate, leaving me with the impression that the value was nowhere near the cost. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Senetta Hotel based on this experience.
