My stay at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The hygiene and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, and basic housekeeping was completely neglected. The bathroom was in poor condition - the flush was not working properly, and to make matters worse, the water from the taps was yellow in color and had a terrible smell. It felt extremely unsafe and unhygienic to use. The behavior of the staff added to the disappointment. They were unprofessional, uncooperative, and showed little concern for guest comfort. Despite raising complaints, there was no proper response or action taken to resolve the issues. Overall, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. It does not offer even the basic level of service and cleanliness expected from a hospitality establishment.

I encountered several issues during my stay at the hotel in Kundrathur. The staff was unresponsive when I tried to check in early, leaving me frustrated. I had to reach out to the team in Porur for assistance, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was no heater in the room, making it quite uncomfortable. To top it off, the property overall was not clean. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

The worst room I have ever seen, don't go to anyone who needs hygiene, clean and water because these things you will not get here. Only the interior looks good but it will not help us to get a good stay.

The worst hotel to visit, the water very dirty no response from room service i pre booked the room once I checked in I saw the water was dirty I said I will cancel my booking and requested to return the booking charges because obviously it their mistake without necessary their running the hotel, but they refused to return the payments. Wasted my money & time.
