To bad service from them we are disturbed when we call them they tell don't disturb us no good company air conditioners worlds worst hotel no universe worst hotel here. There is no lock for washroom if anyone is not there so what we can do World worst person (owner of siva) Showing of municipal corporation people If I am travel ajent I tell everyone that I am a travel ajent

Can't give 0 Neither towels nor soap shampoo provided No cooling in AC Water bottles provided but not cooled Very rude behaviour of staff

Very bad experience. The room was not cleaned. No towel and blanket was given to us. Not recommended.

Siva residency was a awesome place to stay for family, their service was excellent, their staff are very good and attentive, they helped as to order food and they guided for the tourists attractions and they provided safe parking for our car and view from their balcony room was excellent at the sun set timing and easy to access to the property because the property was located at the main road, it was a awesome stay

We booked a elite rooms in the property, they helped us with a early check in, it was a excellent stay with a family and it was a well maintained and very clean, the staff was very helpful and attentive, and their facilities like lift and car parking and their power back up was awesome and we had a calm and peaceful stay in the property, overall it was excellent stay at Siva residency

It was excellent and safety stay,the owner mr Siva was very helpful and good person he guided us for local siteseen and have good food it was awesome stay in Siva residency and the location was easy access it was located at mainroad and it was very safety stay,once you reach property mr Siva will takecare of everything

I had booked single room with AC for one night. They charged us 1500rs. We were also able to pre-book the room earlier by 5 days and they had promptly given us a check of the pre-booking via online. The rooms& restroom were wellkept and clean. The AC was working well. Worth the money.

Very nice room.. I took elite.. 1 double bed and single bed.. Bathroom was neet and tidy.. Only problem was 'stair'..
