Mamalla Kudil Resort

We had a very very worst experience .even before we start our Trip i called them and confirmed. But, once we reached there they are simpny told that Swimmimg pool is not in woking condition and made false statement that pool will be ready and till we check out ir was not ready finally it spolied our stay .to reply for the below point. You have not informed about any maintanence work s. And your staff has informed us once we reached the place and enquired abt it and told that there was some issue. If you planned it. You should inform atleast when i called in the morning enquiry and we plan for a stay to enjoy the holiday.Coming to alternate swimming pool around 5 kms and it was so interior and we thought there were some guests are there and planned but evening we felt very insecure .

The top-notch service and amenities truly made our stay unforgettable . The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, always willing to lend a helping hand.They making our stay truly comfortable I felt extremely secure throughout my stay, making it an ideal destination for girls. Very peaceful ambience, made it the perfect getaway from the city Huge thanks to Shiva Bro(Manager)for making our experience truly special!

If there were negative stars I would have rated this " resort" as such as that is the apt rating. The pics and the reviews are misleading. The rooms are basic which is ok but some very basic facilities like toilet paper, one drinking water bottle per person , blankets and bath towels are not provided for and when asked there was hesitance on part of the staff to provide these. The toilets do not flush properly which is the worst hazard for any traveller. Please do not book at any cost , even if offered a free night

It's a good place with all basic amenities like kitchen with fridge, induction stove, AC in both the rooms and in the hall as well.. Service could have been better.. Overall a good place for the price we paid...will recommend others too

I had an unsatisfactory experience with the resort's booking process and customer service. I made a reservation for Saturday, December 28th, but their communication method for cancellations was concerning. Rather than directly contacting guests about cancellations, they send an email requesting confirmation of attendance. If guests reply to this email, their room is then reallocated to other customers. The staff's handling of reservations and the administrative team's communication approach fell short of professional standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment

Everything was good except for swimming pool. It was very dirty and bad. It was not chlorinated properly. Got throat infection the next day.

We arrived on 15th dec by noon. Care taker Arasu taken care us well and arranged food whatever asked for... Each villas with two suits and fully air-conditioned...well maintained with cooking facility..(induction stove) Calm place for family get-together.. Singaravelu(Rly) Chennai.

The rooms were not properly maintained and the cottage we stayed in had bad air conditioning and in summer times it was a bit hard to stay in this place, this place is quiet with car parks and swimming pools but rooms were not cleaned properly.
