Sk resort

We recently visited this resort and it was definitely a good experience. We had a peaceful and a lovely stay. The owner himself was present and offered us great service. They also helped us in ordering food. The swimming pool was well maintained and we had a great time playing in it. They also had a projector set up where we watched a movie at night in the lawn. Overall the experience was great and worth a try!!!

Perfect place for artist , or I will say the best pool villa so far , did my birthday celebration with bunch of my friend we party whole night in the pool it was so amazing experience. I must say 'Waah' kya jagah he, Isolated place , no noise just you partying hard in the solo place . Best place . Maid and worker are also very nice and calm . Room as big and superrrr. One word it's just 'Waaah'

Visited with a group of friends on weekend. This is located 2 kms from Mahabalipuram off ECR. This is near to Arun excello home community. The resort is surrounded by empty land. Rooms are clean and neat. There is double cot room very spacious. Rest rooms are neat, AC in good condition. They have swimming pool, 5-7 ft. Well maintained. Car parking in open space infront of resort. Totally 6-7! rooms only. Main drawback I see is they don't have a restaurant. Even for a coffee we need to travel to main road 1 to 1.5 km If you are staying with group or friends you can enjoy. Room per night 2500. No lift or wifi. No indoor games.

Definitely the owner Vinoth is not capable to run this resort. Very worst experience ever I had for the stay. For my niece 1st year birthday we booked this entire property and made 70% advance payment one month prior. We checked in Saturday after noon around 2PM and guests started coming from different place like Salem, Madurai and Trichy. During the day time the resort looks fine as we're all playing around but when night turns everyone experienced very depressed night because AC was not functioning in the promised 4 rooms, fan was not functioning due to low voltage, lots of frogs and toad inside the room and inside toilet seat. But very scary part is children's were sleeping but many toads were at bed. This ambience spoiled our complete family get together event. With no other option during the midnight few of our relatives left the resort and stayed in the nearby hotel. Definitely not recommended resort to book even for bachelors as it is not safe to stay because that area has voltage and fluctuation problems. Usually other resorts will have generators and heavy inverters so that clients are not disturbed. And generally this area is prone to frogs and snakes becos it is a farmland recently converted to housing. We initially asked very politely for the refund or alternative solution but owner Vinoth haven't responded anything and let us wait for the whole night. Seriously don't choose this resort as there is no basic facilities, no basic safety ,life threatening ambience, no humanity to owner, using abusive language by giving phone number to his friends. *BEWARE OF SCAM RESORT*

S.k resort is a good place to enjoyment in weekends with families , friends . S.k resort owner vinoth has supported well . Resort has well maintained and good. Price also affordable only.
