Marutham Village Resort

Resort's concept is very good. The location is nice. The color combinations used in the resort are very fresh. There are lots of activities available in resort like cultural programs, indoor, outdoor sports, water baths, and swimming pools. Service can be improved a lot. Our room was reserved and it has taken more than half an hour to confirm this from Resort staff. Else it was a nice experience.

I recently stayed at Marutham Village Resort, and it was a truly nostalgic experience that transported me back to the days of village life. The resort beautifully captures the essence of a traditional village while offering all the modern comforts you could ask for. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, equipped with excellent amenities that made the stay both comfortable and enjoyable.One of the highlights was the village dance performance--an authentic and lively display that added such a special touch to the evening. But the real standout for me was the pump set bath. It was an absolute delight, refreshing and fun, bringing back fond memories of simpler times spent in rural settings. To top it all off, the food was nothing short of amazing--flavorful, authentic, and prepared with a homely touch that perfectly complemented the village theme. The combination of rustic charm, thoughtful hospitality, and delicious cuisine makes Marutham Village Resort a fantastic getaway. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to relive village vibes with a touch of modern luxury!

Excellent weekend get away to relish the pure village atmosphere, feel proud of our culture by staying in the resort. Good location, excellent paddy field walk around, traditional Parai and Karakattam dance, bullock card rides and pump set bathing. You are made to feel that you are really missing something in our metro life. Food is class and overall a very pleasant stay

It was a pleasant experience with the resort. The highlight was the activities they had to keep us engaged. Pump set bath, paddy field walk and traditional dance stood out. Huge shout out to Muzhakkam kalaikuzhu for their energy! Food served were decent. They don't serve liquor though but I presume you are allowed to carry it from outside. Perhaps, the only not so good thing is they charge you for your morning coffee which they serve it in a push cart in the resort premises to get you that village like experience. However, if you have coffee inside restaurant(which is located just behind the push cart) during your breakfast then that's not chargeable. Lol! This resort can be enjoyed better with your family than your friends. Thanks!

Rooms were clean, staff were too friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The food was so delicious with a homely touch. One of the standout features of our stay was the lake trail, which was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pottery workshop and the pump set bath. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone wanting to experience the simple joys of village life while staying active and engaged.

Good resort on a village based theme. They have designed the resort meticulously with so much of art related to the theme. Rooms were also good. Kids activities were engaging. Time slot for the activities helps us to plan better. Pump set bathing is a must do activity. Only side that needs improvement is Food and Food related services. Food is average and expensive, since there is no other options near by we need to adjust. Room service is not available, they try to avoid it to provide a thallu vandi experience, that's ok but in summer for everything we need to go out and eat is difficult. Overall good for family and kids.

We had our school reunion here. We stayed for two nights . We all felt like home. Hospitality was superb. The staffs there really take care of you. The food was delicious and sometimes served us the menu we asked for. The night dinner was live counter in street food style. Very calm and pleasing environment. Never felt like going back home. All our friends still talk about our stay there everyday. Our stay there was a very memorable experience.

We spent one night at this wonderful hotel resort. A happy place with young and old family groups staying here. The room is simple but comfortable, the restaurant is run magnificently by Mr Naveen who could not have been more helpful and courteous. The food was plentiful and delicious. We wish we could have stayed here longer. Overall the best hotel experience we have had on this holiday. Thank you!
