Weshtern Park

Worst rooms in my travel history. Rooms were so old and not well maintained. All of us in our family were couples but none of us got Double bed, we got split bed.. :(, when asked they say no rooms. Food was the only thing that was good. Overall Bad experience, not a good staff alway looking for tips... Better don't waste money like I did close to 13.5k for 3 rooms.. as they are not worth it.

Worst. Not recommended.They refused to buy us an emergency medicine. Room was hot and sweaty.AC was not working properly. Had to repeatedly call for maintenance. Had to keep fan running at high speed. So no sleep. Buffet breakfast was not served hot. No water was served. Poor service. Open parking was full. Hot climate in Madurai made the car hotter.

We stayed there last week and the condition of the hotel is not up to the mark, the toilet is not great and it sinks badly. Also the entrance had some bad smell at times. Though the room service helped in cleaning the restroom for us when asked but the first impression is not great. Also I would give 0 star for the reception as they denied to extend our room by 2 hours neither accepted half a day charge and all that they can do is charge full day charge or leave in 30 mins spare time, I have stayed across the globe and I'm an NRI and this kind of service to deny some extension is very pathetic. I checked in at 4am so they wanted us to check out at 4am the other day and no courtesy was shown so instead of us checking out at early morning we checked out the day before itself and went to a different hotel. Customer service is very worse.

One of the best hotels in madurai. Excellent service and courteous staff. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. And they provide a variety of foods for breakfast...It's rare in the hotel industry. The room was spacious and very safe for a family staying.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Centrally located with Meenakshi Temple like 10-15 Mins from the hotel. The railway station is also very near. The main advantage is the restaurant. The food was very nice and had a lot of options unlike many hotels in Madurai.

JL DECORS and EVENTS also very impressive 5-star decor_: "I ordered custom birthday decorations for my son's birthday party, and they exceeded my expectations! The balloons, streamers, and banner were all perfectly matched to the party theme." I would highly recommend the Weshtern Park hotel to anyone looking for a exceptional party venue. Hopeless. Room is big but no maintenance. Dirty smell in washroom and not clean. Take 1 hour for room service. Even though vacant room available denied to extend for one more day.

Excellent service and hospitality, we conducted our daughter's wedding reception on 29/11/24, the food and serving was remembered by all guests, exemplary cooperation by Shri Siva Gurunathan, Manager, Ample parking, no traffic congestion delighted our guests.
