Treebo Trend Hotel Royal Elite Madurai.

Bad experience.. They seemed fraud... they extorted too much high price for poor rooms. Rooms were smelly, small and congested . For extra mattress they charged too much. I guess hotel manager is doing fraud with hotel owner. They did not give us proper bill and we had to check out at 9 am

This hotel is located to near by ( Vadamalayan hospital) BP kulam. Very worst service, they hotel working staffs are very arrogant and they behave rudly, they don't respect the customers and not safe for ladies. Whatever we asked they answered harshly. They mentioned in online. They have a own parking facilities but they don't have a parking in hotel, they are saying park at any where that's your problem. Mainly in hotel they had no restrooms and toilet for drivers, iam very disappointed to book this hotel. In Google they posted the fake ratings... All are not true,.. Manager, room service persons behavior is very very worst... My kindly request.. To people's... Upcoming days and future don't book any rooms in these hotel because of your goodness. In this review what are messages I am mentioned... I have a evidence to prove that about his hotels management and his service and about his staffs

Worst hotel i have come across. Avoid at all costs. I had booked through MAKE MY TRIP... Hotel staff was so rude and began demanding 4000 extra for 2 hour earlier check in. No support provided.

Really good stay. We were given a good room but we had noticed some water leaking issues in the flush. They immediately checked it and upgraded us to another room and it was all good. Staffs were very courteous and pleasant, would recommend this for stay.

The hotel is average. But they have parking only for 2-3 cars. We parked near the roadside. Regarding price its high comparing to other locations. We booked family suite for 5 persons but after reaching there they told its sold out. We were forced to take 2 double rooms. The rooms are small when compared to price. Temple is almost 3-4km away from location. It's a calm place when comparing to the temple nearby locations. They provide complimentary breakfast but it's after 8 am. So we were not able to take that as our plan was leave early from hotel for site seeing.

Nice place to stay. The place has a generator too during power cuts ideal for short stays

Worst hotel and too much money minded No facilities just money and nothing else

Good Stay , Good Service ! The room was slightly smaller than expected, but clean and well maintained, the bathroom was big and clean, liquid soap bottles were provided in the bathroom. The staff was excellent and responsive too. We were offered complimentary breakfast and it was limited in options but good taste. Location was peaceful. The breakfast room can be arranged better. Plates, spoons , bowls, water and glasses can be made available along with the breakfast. We and other families had to request for spoons, bowls and glasses and they came in slow. Otherwise everything else was good.
