The rooms were well-maintained, offering a blend of comfort and lovely charm. One of the highlights was the room service, which added to the overall luxury of the stay. The break fast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, Treebo d Grand Madurai offers a perfect mix of nature, heritage, and modern comforts. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!!! Highly recommended!

My recent stay at Treebo D Grand, Madurai, was nothing short of a disaster. Despite having an online booking, we were met with rude and unwelcoming behavior from the owner. Customer service was non-existent, and instead of hospitality, we faced disrespect. The biggest issue was the intentional disconnection of the AC, with the staff blaming a power cut--yet, there was no generator backup. This left us sweating through the night, completely ruining our stay. The rooms were unbearably hot, making sleep impossible. When we raised concerns, there was no effort to assist or provide a solution. With poor service, arrogant management, and deceptive practices, this hotel is far from the "D Grand" experience it claims to offer. Do not waste your money or peace of mind here. Madurai has far better options where guests are at least treated with basic courtesy. Absolutely not recommended.

A very homely feeling upon arrival and was welcomed with warm hands after a tiring flight journey. Room was very well maintained and the interior was aesthetically appealing! The views from the windows and the balcony were awe-inspiring! Owner was very humble and helpful,he help to arranged for spl darsan in main temple,special thanks to property owner .Breakfast consisted of a widened variety of mouth watering Indian cuisine and English breakfast. I had a great stay at this place! The staff were welcoming and made check-in smooth. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and well-equipped bathroom. The location was perfect--close to local attractions but still quiet for a peaceful night. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge area. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. I had an unpleasant stay at this property, and I believe it's important to highlight the issues I encountered so others can make a well-informed choice. 1. Bathroom Condition: The bathroom was by far the most disappointing aspect -- it was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness was missing, and many of the fixtures were outdated or not working properly. 2. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was lacking throughout the property. Both the rooms and common areas appeared to be neglected, which made the overall stay feel quite uncomfortable. 3. Power Issues: Power outages were frequent, and unfortunately, there was no proper backup system in place. This caused considerable inconvenience, particularly during the night. 4. Room Location: All the rooms are situated on the 5th floor, and the entire property operates only on this level. There's no presence on the the lower floor 5. Room Facilities: In the 4-sharing room I stayed in, one of the beds did not have a fan -- a basic requirement, especially in warmer weather. This made it difficult for that occupant to sleep comfortably.

Well Maintained..This is an incredible property, 5years Old bulding exceptionally well-maintained . The hotel's atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is outstanding with attentive staff. It's conveniently located near the temple. The parking facilities are spacious and can accommodate many cars. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, making it a great start to the day.Thanks to d grand.

We stayed here for two nights, and the location is a huge plus--right in the heart of Madurai, just a short distance from Meenakshi Amman Temple. We had two rooms, both very spacious. room was fantastic--everything, including the washroom, was in great condition. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety. But what really stood out was the honesty and efficiency of the housekeeping team--my child accidentally dropped a charger in the corridor, and upon asking housekeeping, we got it back! Huge thanks to Mr. Subrmani (HK ) for that. Also, a shoutout to the two team members who attended to our SDL complaint--though I missed their names, they were extremely polite and courteous. Overall, a decent stay with some areas to improve, but the service and location make it worth considering!

Detailed Review In my Views.. 1.We've been loyal guests at D Grand for the past few years, and one of the main reasons we keep coming back is the exceptional hospitality, especially from Ms.Krithika, the Front Office Manager. 2. During our recent stay, She went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Krithika customer service is truly outstanding. 3.She was incredibly apologetic and responsive to even our minor feedback, ensuring that every concern was addressed immediately. 4.Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay all the more enjoyable. 5.It's rare to find someone who consistently delivers such a high standard of service, and we are grateful for his dedication. 6.Thanks to Hotel team and the wonderful team at D Grand, we always feel welcomed and taken care of. This level of hospitality is exactly why we keep coming back year after year!
