TM Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering good comfort for the price. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options.

The rooms are okay. But the staff and members of the hotel are not all cooperative. Generally buses from other parts ( night buses) reach Madurai in the early morning ( around 7 am). In case you check in at that time in the hotel, you will be mandatorily asked to vacate the room at 7 am the next morning. If you ask for another half and hour also, they will not allow. Generally the return buses or trains are not available at that ungodly hour and as such you will be left stranded on the streets early in the morning. The main receptionist is not at all co-operative. He will keep calling you multiple times during the day to confirm when you will check out. The tea or coffee is pathetic and very overpriced. 25 Rs Tea has nothing but little milk with lots of water. Also the hotel staff ask for tips after providing pathetic service. They have a small room to keep your luggage but that also feels very unsafe.

The hotel is perfect stay for the family. Room service is superb. Nice locality. Rooms are clean and neat. The hotel environment is well maintained. it was plesant stay.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the temple. We had paid 4500 per room per day through make my trip. So 16k for 2 days and ended up with no housekeeping cleaning our room nor any water bottles as they said complementary water is only on first day. When asked the reception no response and asked to contact. Also, we had the company of cockroaches to share the room with.

Recently stayed in this hotel. It's highly overpriced. It's a very old building and parking is not available they'll pay for an open parking that too you can only take the vehicle 2 times from the parking otherwise you have to pay 100rs each time you go to that parking again. The bedsheet they were using was not neat. Bathroom windows are open and people from the opposite building cam see through that. Not at all recommended. No option to give 0 star that's why giving 1star

Decent stay. Close to temple, bus stand and railway station. Staff is not supportive. Even after confirmation over call when we reach hotel they rejected to give early checking. They didn't not even provided common washroom to freshen up. We have to book another stay just for 2 hours

NEVER EVER TAKE THIS ROOM 1. Open toilet Only for Mosquitoes to stay and not for us. 2. Worst Room with worst AC service where water is leaking in the room and water flowing over the bed. 3. Worst Room service and worst staff behaviour. 4. Worst Management and worst service. 5. Management takes full amount in advance and in case of emergency we cannot check out and they will not refund as well. 6. No parking facility available in the hotel and is given distant from the hotel and is open parking and needs to pay 100 each time we take our car.

Kindly do not book this hotel. It's like a lodge and not a hotel. No facilities, no cleanliness and no staff. Too many mosquitoes, no kitchen and can say worst experience we ever had. Don't book looking at the pictures and reviews. It's all fake. We have booked there for 18th March.
