The Thangam Grand Hotel

The hotel's security misguided us while parking the car which caused damage to the car. Even though we informed the manager they were least bothered and told only apology is possible which made our stay even worse. Food is not good except veg meals , not upto the mark.

I had put my child for swimming class during summer camp at Thangam Grand. We had a great experience, my kid learnt very easily with the help of coach Mr Ravi. Coach handles kids easily and encourages each and every one so that they learn swimming in 20 days.

Hotel is not well maintained. Rusted taps, dirty bathroom, Stinking rooms. Everything is faulty. Only the building is classy. There is no swimming pool. Its just a water tank with 1 feet height

Stay was pleasent, well equipped staff make the team strong. Food at the restaurant is really good and the staffs great and treat the customers well. This shows their experience.

Booked a room for me and my parents for 2 days . The stay was very pleasant, the room was clean and big and the bathroom was clean too. The hotel is a bit old, it doesn't seem from the outside, once inside the room you can see a bit of old furniture to the aesthetics, but despite that they have maintained well and are clean. The service was really good and got taken for any needs we have had. Nearby restaurants are also there it's good. I haven't eaten at the restaurant inside the hotel so I won't comment. The only improvement would be to update the upholstery and furniture, else it's a really good 3 hotel.

My family and I stayed at the Thangam Grand Hotel for 2 nights. At the very entrance we were welcomed with a rampage of mosquitoes leading us to the reception. The staff is warm, friendly and their service is efficient, however the reason why I'd leave no more than 3 stars overall is due to the age old dark and dungy interior of the entire property. The rooms were so dull with little lighting and a couple of the already few lights didn't work. The corridors are as dark and scream the need of maintenance. The pool here is a joke, without a filter system, the water was still with all sorts of dirt floating. The one good part of our stay was the only the food.

The food is just amazing rooms are also good the staff is really good . The restaurant, pool and everything was excellent. Water ofbthe pool was Also very clean . I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
