The Alp Hotel, Bypass Rd

First, I called months in advance to ask about early checkin due to knowing I'd arrive early morning from a long international journey. The man was super kind and told me I would have a room ready with no charge. They inquired after me the day of, and sure enough I checked in, to a very spacious room with welcoming staff. Then he motorcycled me over to a nice restaurant so I could get something to eat, I took their card. They do delivery. I proceeded to eat there every meal for my stay. Check out Shree Bhavan. Anyway, the staff were great (taking phone calls for me, helping me arrange taxis, etc) and the room was great and it was just what I needed. Definite 5 star treatment and I hope to be back.

I was Faced with a car Breakdown Situation and Had to Find a Stay at 1 Am,We didn't even check in, and it was a terrible experience from the start. When we arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, and the check-in process was confusing and disorganized. The lobby looked nothing like the photos online--dark, dingy, and uninviting. After waiting for over 20 minutes with no one in sight to assist, we decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay. I can't speak to the rooms, but based on the terrible service and the state of the hotel, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.I would Recommend Not to go with your Female Family Members , Cause you will be denied the room In Drop of a Hat. I Hope If the Owner faces the same situation He will find an Accommodation. Hope People do not Stay at this Place.

Really very good hospitality, service at an affordable price. We are regularly staying this hotel.

We got rooms early in the morning at 2 am.They responded very well.rooms were spacious. Provided extra bed.service was very prompt.

Very convenient and comfortable rooms, the boys at the reception are very humble, even at 1am mid night they answered us and provided us what we needed.

Spacious and neat rooms. Good place for a short stay. The owner is a friendly person and makes sure you feel comfortable. WiFi is available here. A quiet place also.

We had booked 3 rooms for one night. Ours was a party of 8 adults and 2 kids and a baby.||We occupied the 3 rooms on the ground floor. Rooms 1 and 3 were old with dull lighting. Room 2 appeared to be recently renovated with bright walls and bright lights. Rooms 1 and 2 had TV and set top box with several channels, but room 3 did not have set top box.||The location was easily reachable with google maps. They had ample parking space just opposite the property which was gated, but not covered.||We were attended by Mr. Navaneetha Krishnan who was very helpful and eager to please. A special thanks to him for going the extra mile to attend our requests.||The top floor was occupied by a group of gents who checked in late in the night. They were noisy and probably partying the entire night which kept our baby awake. This did dampen our experience considerably. While I am not against enjoying with your friends, it is also necessary to have some empathy for your peers.||The rooms were large and spacious though a bit unclean. It is okay for spending a night while driving to a different destination. Spending more than a night here does not seem ideal.

Staying here for 2 nights. Large spacious rooms in the ground floor. Upper floor rooms not so great People running the place are friendly and willing to help. Plus: quiet place not like any regular hotel. Minus: there's no restaurant. They promise to buy food from outside for a service charge.
