Super Hotel O Madurai Near Bus Stand formerly Lakshmi Palace

The rooms are very small and not clean; even the beds were dirty. The receptionist was quite rude. I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the bus stop, which was important for me as a traveler needing to catch a bus early at 4:30 in the morning. Although the hotel advertised that the bus stop was 200 meters away, it turned out to be 750 meters from the hotel, which is acceptable but still disappointing. Additionally, the sockets in the room weren't functioning, and the air conditioning stopped working during the night. Overall, it was not worth the stay.

Expect located near mattu thavani bus stand. Don't stay here . Worst service , dirty rooms , ac & water not working . Service also not good. Don't waste your money because of low price.

I am absolutely outraged by the experience I had at your hotel. Despite making a reservation in advance and notifying you of our arrival, we arrived at 2 AM, and to our surprise, no one was present at the reception. We had to wait outside for a long time, knocking on the door until we finally woke up the night guard. To make matters worse, after all this waiting, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, even though you were aware of our arrival time and the fact that we had a confirmed reservation. As if that wasn't bad enough, you attempted to charge us *2.5 times the original price* for another room, which is completely unreasonable and dishonest. What followed was even worse - you ended up kicking us out into a *dangerous neighborhood*, with no solution or assistance provided. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did you fail to provide any customer service, but you also left us stranded in a vulnerable situation at a late hour. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unethical.

Fairly new established hotel. Lobby is in first floor. WiFi available for each floor. Room is adequate. Sundry shop nearby 300m for mineral water available. Auto rickshaw available at doorstep at anytime. Food shop may need to walk about 500m - 1km. Overall seem safe. Downside, only accepts cash. The power plug point on walls are not universal and they don't have adaptor for overseas visitors available. No proper garbage disposal facility in the establishment, only have small dustbin in room. After it fills up, you will struggle in getting it properly disposed. Lots of mosquito enters washroom after sunset, and may enter room if washroom door left open. Air well is dusty and filled with cob-web. Overall front facade is not well maintained, House keeping lacks even in common area. Can do better in those areas.

AC remote wasn't working properly. White bed cover had some light stain marks on it. Towels were not provided. Had to follow up twice for it. Did not allow any grace period for check out upon our request. Said that, location and price of the room were good.

Worst experience, I immediately searched for another hotel, there is no proper communication from this hotel, it is for away from city,I have to paid more money for auto, as soon as i got another hotel, i immediately shifted. I do not stayed at least 30 min in this apartment hotel, This type of apartment hotel may damage the image of OYO.There is no service at all. No cleaning, very worst maintenance of room. There cheating public as well as OYO.

Disgusting experience of my life on business trip. The room is infested with mosquitos. In the cupboard there cobwebs amd used tissue papers. Please refers photos before booking in this lousy hotel.

Unprofessionell people working here. They don't have idea about Running a Business facing to public. Despite having a booking via booking.com for 1040 rupee they are asking for 2500. what is that? This Situation Never happened to me. Foreigners please stay away of this place
