Super Hotel O Aarapalayam

Worst hotel I ever experienced in India. When we arrived the said the booking was cancelled even we got a confirmation of booking. Furthermore they told us the hotel is fully booked and we have to look for another hotel. They didn't even helped us to get a cab to the city. Staff was only sitting around and scrolling on their phone. That was not enough they recommended us a really bad hotel in the city centre. Worst experience ever! Don't book this hotel. It's SCAM.

This was such a bad experience for us, we were denied check-in at the middle of night around 11:30pm. We had to call the concerned team to make sure about the booking and had to wait for 40-45 mins. The hotel does not look anything like that's been shown in the photos. And there was no amenities mentioned provided- not even bed sheets, towels or blankets. Worst experience. Will not recommend

Rooms are so neat and clean.. and the beds are so comfortable.Zhe storage space is quiet enough to keep our belongings so safely and it is very easy to access the hotel by walk and room service is so good at any time

Room is well clean and good ,good service, one drawback is parking only ,night will park infront of shop ,but morning time difficult to park car

The receptionist charged 150 INR additionally for check in at 1100AM.He also refused to give recipt for the additional amount.Usually all hotels give early check in subject to availability and impose additional charges only if the check in is before 10AM.In this case he charged 150 INR for one hour for a room which costs only 900 INR when I booked through OYO.My fate of stay was on 19.02.2025.The management can look into this matter and confirm whether it is their policy or the receptionist made money.

Stayed with family of 7, booked 3 rooms. Comfortable stay. Supportive staff. No problems faced.

I had my family stay for 2 nights- rooms were very clean and hygienic. But little far from Madurai station, rickshaw charge as per their wish, so you have to bargain before you board any vehicle.

The rooms are clean and tidy , Nothing to complain its budget friendly too.
