Sterling V Grand Madurai

Sterling is very good Hotel in madurai. Infracture is pleasant all staffs are good. Swimming also good we enjoyed. Even we resided in Kodaikanal also it was very very good. It's near to HCL Tech oneof the good advantage for us. Food should be little more have to tasty rest all good.

Had a wonderful experience at Sterling v grand madurai. Stayed in their privilege Suite with my wife and 1yr old. The check in process done by Ms.Meena from the front desk was smooth and breezy fast. The room was fantastic. Great work by Roshan from housekeeping . Loved the food. Tried the ala carte chicken biryani and curd rice. They were delicious. Idli in the morning breakfast was super soft.must try. Good work by chef Mr. Nithyanandam. keep up the good work guys.

Nice rooms & food. Very nice & helpful people. Hotel location is very convenient. Can look to increase food spread by including Continental cuisine. Can look to include Games room and few amenities. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. Look forward to coming back.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, nice location, pool side bar is good but the pool walls have algea. SPECIAL mention to front office executive meena for here kind gesture. The breakfast in restaurant is upto mark with staff warm welcome

Terrible experience at Sterling V Grand, Madurai. The front desk service was shockingly bad. We asked for drinking water and were told we had to pay for it -- something that any decent hotel provides as a basic courtesy. We also requested a complimentary cake, which they initially agreed to, but later added to our bill without any notice. On top of that, they promised us a discount on food, but after we ate, they completely ignored that commitment and charged the full amount. This hotel lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise others to stay away -- you can find much better service elsewhere in Madurai.

The hotel was good, and the stay was comfortable. Meena, and Rishab, were very cooperative and guided us about a the city, shopping areas, and places to visit. The food preparation was also good, and one thing that was especially appreciable was that they cooked everything according to our needs.

We had a very nice stay in Sterling for 4 days during our travel to Madurai and other places nearby. The staffs were very helpful and went out to keep us comfortable. One day we reached late for dinner but the kitchen staff non hesitantly helped us by making food for us although the kitchen was closed. We had a great stay.
