I had the most terrible experience at Sri Thirupathi Residency, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment I arrived, everything went downhill. The room was in horrible condition - unclean, poorly maintained, and with a terrible smell. The furniture was outdated, and the overall ambiance was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. They showed no concern for guests' comfort or safety. The worst part of my stay was when we got stuck in the lift for over an hour. It was a terrifying experience, and there was no immediate assistance from the hotel staff. This is a serious safety hazard, and it's shocking that the hotel hasn't addressed such a critical issue. The maintenance of the hotel is nonexistent. It's clear that no effort is made to ensure the comfort or safety of guests. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The manager, Ramanathan, greeted us personally and ensured we had a pleasant stay. His passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction. He especially helped us plan our Madurai city tour and arranged a vehicle for us. I personally prefer having such dedicated people at the front desk. Now, Madurai holds a special place in my heart. This hotel is in a prime location, close to the Meenakshi Temple and other attractions. Perfect for tourists and business travelers alike and staffs at Sri Thirupathi Residency made us feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile. Will definitely return!

The location is absolutely perfect--situated right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, public transport, and fantastic restaurants. It made getting around so convenient. As for the services, they were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt assistance with every request, their professionalism was commendable. The housekeeping team also did a stellar job, keeping the rooms spotless and well-stocked. I noticed some negative comments about services and room cleanliness but I found my room was very clean and service was excellent . Perhaps this depends on room choice or expectations, but I had no such issues. Overall, Sri Thirupathy Residency offers incredible value for its prime location and top-notch services. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We had taken 3 rooms, as we went with family. Not worth the amount they take. Prime location - yes Room condition - worst, not clean.bed sheet not cleaned. Mosquito repellent - they don't provide Bathroom condition - 0/5, broken doors and windows. Soap- no Towel- on request. We told 3-4 times . Hygiene - no
