I am not one to usually give a shitty review but here we go . Let's talk about hospitality courtesy and manners . These are basic minimum of the hotel industry . None of this can be expected to be reciprocated back from the customer side if rudeness arrogance and lack of respect is the first impression of a hotel reception . We came in to check in at the hotel at around 10pm. Unfortunely my experience here made me cancel the booking and find a another hotel to stay .While checking in I asked if there will be an extension in check out time , and they asked me what time I would like to for which I said 1:30 . For which there reply was stern No "we only have half an hr extension" . In reply to which I told well most big hotels give atleast one hr and you did not have to ask me my convenient time of check out initially if rules were already established .For which the front desk guy kept rudely repeating the same thing like I have asked something out of ordinary . I was deeply offended by this not because I required the extension extensively but the manner in which the receptionist spoke with a smug in his face and arrogance . Everytime I make a booking online I make sure I call the hotel directly to know if I have better perks if I check in directly . So I had done the same here , called th reception in the afternoon and the lady who picked up told me there is no big difference between the perks with online and In person Booking . But later I came to know from this guy that he would offer me extension perks if I had booked in person . Remember first he said strict check out rule , later he said I will have to pay 500 for every half an hr and now he says IN person bookings have better perks . By this time I was furious , I told them they need to go to hospitality school to learn how to do their job and I might have to cancel my reservation for which they said I would be happy to cancel this if this is what I wanted .and that my review would mean nothing whatsoever.Remember by this time the time was already 10:20 pm we are two ladies and the person accompanying me is 60 years old .Now finding an another hotel isn't a big deal but is this right way to handle a customer ? When the Person accompanying me escalated this issue to the so called manager (l, he was angry at my tone and told I lack lady like manners well may be I did ? But one can't be polite to a person who is downright sarcastic and rude . He later told me I have a listening issue and told me get out of the hotel and shut the door . So I had to make a call to make my trip cancel the booking and leave . They even told me I was interfering with other check in s and had to leave the reception . Now if this the experience you are looking for then please come here .i don't think it's safe for ladies travelling alone because I was dealing with male chauvinists . We cancelled our booking moved to 4 star hotel which is a much better and less expensive and also got a room upgrade just for rebooking with them . My fault was choosing this hotel because I like to explore good reviews and hospitablity but haven't had such a humiliating experience from even one star hotels when reviews were good online .

The hotel is very clean, hygienic and the facilities are good too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is excellent. The breakfast spread had a very good variety and it was delicious too. The only drawback is that the hotel is about 30 minutes away from Meenakshi Temple. If you have a car with you then it's worth staying at this property. Thank you to all the helpful and cooperative staff. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
This is located at the back side of Saravana Stores & Meenakshi Hospital. This is a very neat and decent place to stay with affordable price. The food was too was good, not too spicy and very suitable for all the age to dine in. The rooms are quite clean and maintained properly. This is slightly located outskirts to the town and might take not more than 20 minutes to enter the city. Overall, this is a very good suggestion for a stay.
My hotels rating are based on below points. For Hotel Location For Room appearance For service For Food For Electronics 1. Hotel is located near main road but the road to reach at hotel is in very bad condition.That's why I would give rate of half star. Hotel have Nearby mall and hospital. 2. Hotel Room is having good amount of space and clean toilets. Having necessary toiletries. Not much problem of room. Decent room but it have some technically issues like at main entrance door after applying digital card you need to open door in particular way than only it gets open. Bathroom door needs to be pushed to get locked. So deducing half star for that. 3. Hotel service is excellent weather it is room service. Quick service. 4. Food quality is really Good and you get variety of foods. We had breakfast, lunch and Dinner at the restaurant. It was excellent. Totally worth it to have food. 5. one charging point near bed. But other charging point is little for from bed so didn't had much issue to charge. They provide some other charging points too. That lead to full star. So here my rating of 4 stands as above and I Definitely recommend this who wants to visit. You will not get disappointed Additional points: We have demanded late checkout as our flight was in the evening they considered and give us 1 hour delay check out time.
location: not a proper road from the main road, very near to Meenakshi hospital. room: good room service can be improved. breakfast buffet: good dinner dining: good experience, they able to provide customised spice and masala for the chicken gravy we ordered when there is a political meeting happen in the 4th or 5th floor hall, you feel little uncomfortable with those strangers in lift and lobby
The service was not satisfying,but it's fine ,the cooperation between the customers are not expected good ,the colour and furniture was quiet good the food was not bad but can be improved , the rooms and lobbies are fine , quality of services and areas must improved with having proper uniform, also adding some more facilities and more work on the guest's security for the safety purpose, then rest all the good and satisfied
A truly delightful stay! The reception staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. The beds were super comfy, and we slept like babies.
We conducted our daughter's engagement ceremony at this hotels banquet hall. The ambience was good, services the best and food was excellent. We had an hassel free environment thanks to Mr. Jegan. Overall we had a positive vibe from all of the staff involved. Rooms too were neat and clean. We recommend this place for small ceremonies.
