We stayed during the 1st March weekend. Room was okay. It was not clean. The bathroom flush was not working for both the rooms which we have booked. The bathroom heater was not hot, it was very mild hot. The bed sheets were not clean. We asked to change the bed sheet. But the new bed sheet given was also not clean. Please pay attention to cleanliness !

Really frustrating experience. Even if made sure to follow their guidelines by booking separate accommodations for boys and girls, they refused to give us rooms. Honestly surprising how backwards their policies are. If you are looking for a place with a more open-minded approach, strongly avoid this place.

Had an incredibly disappointing experience. Initially, they confirmed that my friends and I could book separate rooms but later on refused to accommodate us simply because we were a mixed group of friends. This backward attitude is shocking. If they had this regressive policy, they should have made it clear in their website instead of misleading us and wasting our time.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent inquiry. The representative displayed unprofessional behavior by not addressing my query properly and, to make matters worse, abruptly disconnecting the call. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the organization. It's frustrating to encounter such a lack of basic courtesy and customer support. Truly a pathetic experience !

i stayed in this room yesterday. the room is good but small size. i stayed for 1960rs. when compare with the room size they could reduce the price to 1400. near by good restaurants are there and it is a prime location. overall a good experience.

Hotel service is very very bad, very bad people, very bad facility, on 15th February my papa stay at this hotel & he forgot his mobile charger on room, from that day I am continuosly calling them to courier that charger but the are not doing courier, please think lots of time when you plan to stay at this hotel.

I've booked a room for 3 last week. The room was dirty and full of bed bugs. Don't recommend this place

Stayed last week here. AC room for 3 member Room and cleanness: Room was ok and clean. they will charge you for 3 member but will provide small size room. Parking: Not good (They sold their underground parking to the food vendor, my car barley parked in the corner side. ) Locality: Good, nice food options nearby Bathroom: Good. but AC water pipe will keep it always wet. Bed-sheet and blanket: clean
