Worst hotel and very bad behaviour at reception desk. Most reviews on goibibo are paid and when I tried to submit 1star, it did not allow me to rate. I inquired about cab and autos for station drop to station at 4 AM but the person at reception denied saying they dont have contacts. When I insisted, he took out a visiting card and called the cab company and after that he quoted exhorbitant price 500 rs for 7 km distance. I took the number and called to that company, and to my surprise, the reception person already called the company and informed they i will be calling so that he can get his commission with already quoted amount. Such a pathetic and money minded hotel.. AVOID even if its 1 day stay.

Room is clean and good. Service is good and always available. Overall good. I can give 4.8/5 just by considering limited parking space. But they managed car parking well when I asked.

We recently booked a block of rooms at this hotel for my sister's wedding. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, with spacious rooms and exceptional cleanliness. The staff demonstrated remarkable kindness and friendliness, ensuring a delightful stay for our entire group.

I went to stay with my elderly parents. The checkin timing is 12 am-12 pm. Door is not opening smoothly , we have to forcefully push the door. And it cannot open fully. Is it comfortable for all of them to check in at 12 am. Only one Housekeeping person was present. Kettles & Geysers are not in working condition. Reception service was the worst. They are very money minded. They made us to do full payment before showing us the rooms. ACs.are full of cigarette smell. Parking space is very stingy. Moreover the location is very hideous. You have to order food online or checkout any other hotels for food service. I called the manager and cancelled my booking. This process made me to quarrel and wait for 2 hrs. And went in search of a good stay which made to check into a new lodge at 10:00 pm. Totally time and energy waste. Not a good place to stay with family. They are many better stays than this place. Highly not recommended.

The accommodation was too good, rooms were neat and tidy. The major drawback is that the hotel rooms are not properly sound proofed. Won't recommended it for party and friends travel.

Room bedsheets need improvement. Bathroom needs hot water to be fixed. Location has cab availability issues but staff helped for us. Staff at reception is polite, humble and considerate. Help them to serve customers better by giving them plumber, electrician support.

Not a good stay. Geysers and kettles are not in working condition. They told it will be ready only tomo morning after 10:00 am. But I'm checking out at 7:00 am tomo then wat is the use of staying in this lodge. Completely waste of money. Receptionist are not customer friendly. Money minded people. Very disappointed and not a peaceful stay. Totally money waste!
