The actual condition of the rooms is quite different from what is shown in the outdated photos (around 7 years old). The rooms are in need of proper maintenance, thorough cleaning, and better ventilation. Unfortunately, there were issues with mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. I arrived late in the evening and didn't have the option to change hotels, otherwise I would have considered doing so. While the staff were helpful and accommodating, many of the issues seem to be beyond their control and need attention from management. Improvements are definitely needed to bring the facilities up to a reasonable standard.

Worst..!! If anyone wants to see the meaning of worst then you should visit this hotel. They only maintain the clean reception, apart from that everything is filthy awkward. The rooms are very bad and bathroom is horrible, the curtains are grey in color with lipstick marks and some other stains. I complained them that the room is dirty and asked for the other one. They gave me other room even that is of same situation. I asked him why are the rooms are so dirty and I didn't like it at all. Then he called the manager and the manager said there is one more business room but you have to pay 500 extra. I said okay. Same thing over there, the bathroom has water staged and he was saying it is only water and if the water dries up the smell will go away. I got pissed off and went down and asked them is this the premium room i paid for- then the manager said "IN MADURAI THIS IS THE PREMIUM ROOM AND IF YOU WANT I WILL CLEAN IT". I'm in complete shock with his answer and after a moment I asked him for the cancellation. He said cancellation is not possible because in his perspective if some cleaning is done it will look good. My question is why all the rooms are dirty and why only on the request you will clean the room. Isn't at first place you have to clean and give the room to the visitors? I only saw the pictures in MakeMyTrip and booked this hotel. And when I checked Google reviews everyone says the same, the rooms are bizzard. Imagine people, I paid for 2 nights and walked out- even though I'm not getting the refund because this is such a disaster. Avoid this at any cost!!

The bunker bed is extremely smaller. Crampy. Food is good. TV also does not work. Parking is too small for 4 cars. They have 10+ rooms but no proper car parking.

Very untidy room .Even blanket and bedsheet not changed evern after request. Very unhygienic toilets and transparent bathroom door makes each one uncomfortable, Very bad on hotel part.we are in India. Only electric lock is there on door.No space in room for changing and suitcase opening.looks like cubboarrd. They only focus on how to get Rs 500 for small delay in room checkout. Not recommended for ladies and family bookings because of transparent toilets. No space for extra bed. Very poor experience. Even 2 star is better than this . Cold food served in breakfast ,if asked for warming up, the staff said we will loose the job Customer happiness is first. Please improve. I am sharing pic also.

** Do not stay in M3 Boqtique Hall** We had a worst experience ever in life. We booked four rooms for three days. They have not provided steel water jar in two rooms however we did not noticed (and not mind it as we were using water bottles). At the time of check out receptionist accused us for stealing two steel water jar. Receptionist stopped us and on the name of hotel owner **MD Karthik** asked to wait for luggage checking by security guard. We were with family and kids they did not had courtesy that a lady check the luggage of women purse. It was a mantle harassment when security guard was checking our 15+ bags in front of other guests.

The most unhygienic bathroom and room they have provided and not worth of the amount they are charging and staff behavior was the worst. Not sure if we have taken for rent or insects has taken for rent and for this hotel im not sure why it is called as 3Star hotel?

The entire hotel is just a sham. There is no service available in case you are not from tamil nadu the staff refuse to provide the service. They don't even clean the rooms after some guest has left the rooms a few hours ago. Along with used bedsheets, used bathroom. Pathetic service and terrible experience. Beware of these scamsters.
