Stayed last few months ago. For me not a good experience, Hygiene wise I ll give -5 No Room service available, Bath room cleanliness 0 They pressure people leaving the place to give reviews. On top of that, the woman there seems like she'd snatch your phone and type it in for them if you let her. Note for maintenance person: if u really want good review for your lodge, you should at least get the basic amenities right. Instead of that, forcing those who are checking out to give good reviews is very wrong.

Previous Rating : 5 (Hotel Staff asked for my phone and they rate themself) My Actual Rating : 1 We booked 2 A/C rooms for a family. In the first room, the AC was working fine. But there are a lot of stains on the floor. The bed and pillow smelled bad. We asked for room spray and managed somehow. The toilet flush wasn't working. No toilet vent, Second Room : AC wasn't working. Smelled bad. No proper ventilation. Cigerette Smoke from outside came heavily. On a short note, not good for a family stay. It can be ok for boys for a short stop over.

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. We booked our stay through Agoda for a check-in on December 22nd and check-out on December 23rd. After booking, we even spoke to a staff member named Surya to confirm our reservation, and he assured us everything was in order. However, upon arrival with my family, which included two ladies, we were shockingly denied check-in. Surya admitted he completely forgot about our reservation as he was on holiday, and the room we had booked was given to someone else. This lack of responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we requested a solution, they offered to arrange a room in another hotel but refused to provide transport. This forced us to leave early in frustration. Surya and his team's behavior was not only unprofessional but also arrogant and dismissive. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. This establishment should be blacklisted on all booking platforms. I also question the authenticity of the positive reviews they seem to have.

It's a very good place to stay as a single person, don't go with much expectations. Overall give 4 Star out of 5. Keep the washroom clean It would be much better

We booked around 5 Non AC rooms for 2 nights last month. We reminded them three times to be ready with the room in the early morning. The lady in the reception confirmed that too. When we went there in the morning, the rooms were not ready. So, after 30 minutes of discussion with the woman in the call, we told her to confirm the booking with the temporary rooms and we also said that the extra payment can be processed from our side. Then, the lady came in the morning and told us to vacate the rooms even though we confirmed her to book the ones that were given temporarily. After a huge argument with the woman, we decided to check out from the rooms to a different place. Still they haven't made the transaction back excluding the short stay for 4 hours and they are just ignoring us by saying that the woman who attended us in hospital. NEVER BOOK LE GRACE RESIDENCY!!!. They have really bad service, very rude to the customers and with dirty rooms.

Unable to give zero stars so am giving one star rating. One of the worst experiences while booking a room. False pictures are posted on agoda, they didn't show the room before booking it has cockroaches, toilets were dirty and broken. No hot water available, walls were peeling off had mold. Absolutely do not recommend.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel , they are fraud. Most likely it's like low class Despite having a confirmed booking, they did not provide us with a room upon arrival. On top of that, they refused to refund the money, leaving us stranded and frustrated. The management was unprofessional and unresponsive. This place is highly unreliable, and I would strongly advise against booking here. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I don't like to give even a single star to this location.
